The last 2 times I've ordered they have messed up my order. The first time a asked for light sauce and they added mayo mustard and ketchup to my McRids. The 2nd time I asked for no cheese and they added cheese to 2 of my burgers. I also ordered a hamburger plain and they added cheese to it.

There's always a red car parked in a handycap parking right in front some its parked in reverse but its always there with no disability tag hanging on windows or licensed plate.

We were told to leave at 9:45 pm because they wanted to clean lobby early, I told manager ( vero ) per name tag ,the time on door said 10 pm and she advised me she could close when she wanted to , I made a negative comment and they called the police. Yet the whole time my family and I were dining there ,the kids / employees were playing fighting behind counter. Very poor environment. Ceo of McDonald's, yall need to do better ,I would start with management's employment . I'm taking this complaint to your desk !

Chewbacca looking man was too lazy to take a Coke off of my order. I wanted a meal and he rang everything up separately so that it was more expensive. If you can’t be successful at McDonald’s, that’s pretty sad. If you are a customer, avoid this McDonald’s.

This place is one of the worst the management everything!!! You order food and will either throw it away bc it’s so gross LOOKING you wouldn’t want to eat it!!! They are rude and they act like when you ask them to fix something you paid for they act like they are personally responsible for the replacement!!!! The manager at work right now it is always with an attitude!!!

Over 40 nuggets and not a single sauce? This is the third time y’all messed up my curbside order. I’m spending over $45 I expect everything I paid for, no excuses. McDonald’s, get it together.
They have an old black lady in the back taking orders and money but she doesnt pay attention . Was on the phone for a long time before she noticed me . & also a mother and her child were trying to get something to eat but the lobby was closed so she refused them service

First rate service from the entire staff. I live across the street and found myself in an unfortunate situation a little over a year ago. I gell and broke my leg and due to some medical negligence at a short term rehabilitation center I had some complications and my leg has not healed correctly. This McDonald's location is close to my home and sometimes I need some kind of treat usually breakfast for me is my favorite. I can't really eat a lot. Never spend much money just use the app to order something simple. But they treat me and as I've noticed all of their customers like family. Often the cashier will even come hold the door for me or even bring my order to the door. I'm my opinion this is how a business should operate. Every customer is irreplaceable to them. Not so much intended as a review but more of a thank you to all the staff that has been kind and works tirelessly as a team to operate a first class facility. 👍 Management and owners should take note this behavior starts with you and proper job training and keeping the necessary staff available for them to do an excellent job.
