Messina Hof Estate Winery

It was a stop for a lovely in-between while driving between to cities. Server was very accommodating to our quick-stop snack and took care of us very well. Definitely deserves a longer visit next time.

We had an enjoyable visit to the Wine Bar today. My Husband and I each did a wine tasting and enjoyed five of their wines each. The Service was good. Gabriel did a nice job describing the wines we chose, Fiona was friendly and helpful. We would’ve appreciated learning more about the Winery, Winemaker, wine, grapes etc. If the Servers don’t have time for this, maybe some information on the back of the menu would be helpful. They do have some snack options if you’re hungry. It’s a beautiful winery and a great location. We did sign up for the Wine Club and look forward to what that has to offer. Cheers.

This was our first visit to The Vintage House and we were very pleased. The service by Dillon was excellent. We started off with the Baked Ricotta as an appetizer. It was small but rich and set us up nicely for dinner. We ordered a bottle of the Paulo Sagrantino which is a nice, full-bodied, slightly dry wine. Our entrees were the Gorgonzola Chicken and the Rustic Pasta. Both were very tasty and just the right serving size - not too small or large. We finished up with Bananas Foster, prepared tableside by Dillon. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property. Gorgeous scenery. We were the only ones there so we had the whole place to ourselves. The waitress could've been more attentive. The eggs Benedict were served with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon. The salmon was cooked to perfection and the risotto was creamy and probably the best I have ever had. The prices were on par for a specialty restaurant. Would love to return when the area has a pulse.

We were not offered the complimentary bread and dip. When we realized it did not come automatically we ordered and it came just before the meal with not much time to enjoy with the wine. We ordered salads which we thought would come prior to the entries but did not. We ordered ribeye steaks but they were sold out and our only steak choice was top sirloin. There were at least two large parties and this may have affected the service we received. The server was friendly and nice but our overall experience was not good.

We were there for Sunday brunch. Besides other guests, they were serving a very large group while we were there but service at our table was still excellent. I had the brisket hash which I have enjoyed on previous visits. This time it was tasty but a bit dry. We enjoy eating in this lovely environment and recommend it to everyone.

my first time at this location. I was there attending a 'Kentucky Derby theme' birthday party with family and friends. our waitress was Hannah and Avery. Hannah was very helpful, funny and enjoyable with our group. the food was delicious, I would recommend this spot for sure.

Mason was wonderful taking care of my family as we came in to enjoy a couple glasses of wine. He always seems to make us feel welcomed and appreciated.

Great experience here! Reese was our tour guide and she did a fantastic job telling us about the vineyard’s history, wine-making process, and their wine selection. Messina Hof vineyard tours is a great way to get some friends together for a birthday or any celebration! The wines tasted great and the tour of the villa and vineyard was very pretty!

Fantastic place to visit and grab a glass of wine. I frequently come here with friends to hang out or to celebrate something and it’s a nice environment with friendly staff, a nice outdoor area to feed the turtles and a restaurant with excellent food!
