I personally love to bake, but after developing a gluten allergy about 7 years ago, it's usually my only option. However, my sister heard about this bakery, and we decided to give it a try....OMG how amazing it is to have an alternative to making things myself or hoping that package options actually taste right. Once you get the scent of the bakery, you would never think it is gluten-free. And for anyone who is gluten-free for a reason and not a fad, it is amazing to feel more like a normal person again!

I requested hamburger buns and lemon pie from Muriel's GF bakery for a family member that was visiting and it was absolutely a hit!!. My cousin said this is the BEST GF food she ever eaten and she lives in a big city that has GF bakeries but none of them cannot even compare with Muriel's. Thank you so much for wonderful GF foodies!!!! We definitely will be back!!!

I've been a customer of Muriel's for 4 years now ever since I stumbled upon her pastries at the now closed Tipsy Bean. Some of my favorite items are her Scones, Pumpkin Bread, Lemon Pie, Pie Shells in general, and her cookies. It is absolutely astonishing to me how she can produce what she does with the limited number of staff she has. If you have Celiac's or an intolerance to Gluten and live around Bryan, Texas locating a baked good from Muriel's will absolutely be worth it.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free

This bakery is adorable, absolutely delicious food, and fair prices!! Not to mention Muriel is lovely and a delight to support. Their chocolate chip cookies were the best we have ever had. A must try!!

Spoke with the representative on the phone and asked to make an order that I said I was planning to pick up from them. The lady seemed pretty dismissive and rude even when I made a point to be very courteous and understanding. Was told at first that they weren’t willing to take an order this late in the week. Another lady from the back overheard and said they could make the order. I was then told that I would get a phone call when it was ready. Verified that they had my number and listened as they read back the order, but never got a call back. Called later after the store was closed (for the weekend) to see what went wrong and the lady said “yeah my colleague told me about that but we never saw you at the store.” Apparently they sold the order earlier at the store. Maybe their baked goods are ok, especially if you have a family member who is limited because of dietary restrictions, but their service,courtesy, and dependability are lacking.

We ordered for the holiday and I had a long list. I wanted to buy more, but I somehow managed a shred of self-control. You see, I’ve had some of the goodies at some local shops and I knew Muriel’s creations are divine. I wish there was a sampler. However, I’ll just enjoy working my way through the menu. I’ll warn you… don’t get the chicken pot pie, the scones or the pound cake if you can’t control your cravings. You’re welcome. ?

We were searching for a gluten free bakery this morning and we were super lucky to find this gem! Traveling from MN, we found the bakery in a google search. It is a quaint little store outside of town with a bakery, gifts, plants, eggs, etc. It was a pleasure to meet the workers and volunteers. You are the best!! We walked out cinnamon rolls, cookies and brownies ?
This is the place right here!! Don’t let the GF fool you. Best desserts in BCS.

Not only are ALL her baked good (cakes, cupcakes, pot pies, Moo-llionare bars) beyond delicious, but Muriel and the people working along side her are great! Accommodating to my family's food restrictions and so very patient explaining the options and helping me order. And just to add, she offers the healthier side of dessert, which is a HUGE deal for me! I highly recommend Muriel's GG Bakery and stronly suggest picking up some of her items

Let me tell you, there is not much to choose from for bakeries in college station and I ordered cupcakes from Muriel and my wife loved them and I will only order my baked goods from here.

First I met their brownie in the Brookshire Brothers. It was gluten free and best brownie I’ve ever had in BCS. Found this place and visited here! Quiche was also surprising that now I regret I bought the small one. Their lemon tart was also good. Well maybe it would be difficult to find bad one in here?! Definitely go to places in BCS.

Phenomenal gluten free bakery. She goes above and beyond to find clean/ natural ingredients . Her kitchen is dedicated gluten free so no cross contamination. Her food is always a hit with all my friends and family. Would give her 10 stars if I could!
