I love the ice cream there. It is my favorite dish. I also like the drinks. The banana strawberry is my favorite drink. I think it’s so cool that they make everything in house! The owner there is so nice.^ from my 10 year old son

The chips are stale and the aguas frescas barely have any flavor. Old lady working was very unpleasant. Save your money and go somewhere else. :) sonic is next door.

The owner is extremely rude with a side of bad attitude! The food is okay, some of the drinks aren't cold at all. And the ice cream is served w freezer burn too. And if you ask her to take it off she gets pissed about it. Today I decided to give them another chance. I took my 9 year old to get a drink. And there was no one to help us. I hit the bell that's on the counter and it seems like she took longer to come out. She clearly heard us but decided to ignore us, she then came out and was short w us. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL! I immediately regretted going there again.

I've been wanting to try this place out. My sister told me she had already been there. She said when she received her item & paid for it she put her wallet up so she could pay her tip in cash. When the lady saw my sister put her wallet up, the lady said "no tip?", before my sister could pull out any cash. My sister walked out without tipping & could hear the lady say in Spanish "she act like she couldn't leave a $2 tip!" That's pretty rude customer service in my opinion. Also, from reading these reviews, they could probably use some customer service etiquette.

A perfect place for a summer (or anytime) treat! We tried the Topo Chico Preparada and some homemade ice cream - it was delicious! Can’t wait to go back

Horrendous service. I order a “mangonada” and it was decent but it came with a candy instead of a straw. The candy was stuck inside of the “tarugo” I couldn’t use it as a straw. I asked the waitress if I could have a regular straw. She gave me a whole speech about using the candy as a straw. As I explained to her that the inside of the candy- straw was full of tamarind. She gave me an attitude and she almost threw the straw at my son’s face. VERY RUDE! Extremely unprofessional and it appears she was the owner. Never going there again!!!
