The food doesn’t seem hot or fresh. I don’t think the burners are even on. I had to ask for fresh or something but I didn’t wanan be a jerk and ask for all fresh of everything else, you can tell cuz nothing is steaming. Don’t they have franchise rules about this ?

Went through the drive through that had one other person already at the 2nd window getting there food, I ordered and they said there would be a 5 minute wait which was fine. After about 15 minutes I went in the restaurant to finally get my food only to get home and realize they messed my order up. There was one table sat down inside so not sure what the hold up was. Can’t imagine what its like when its busy.

I placed an order through the app to pick it up at the Drive-Thru. When I arrived to pick it up for the drive-through, the girl at the window told me to wait 3 minutes. Just to move forward so I wouldn't block the window. At least 25 minutes passed and no one showed up with my food. I had to get out of the car and go in to complain because they forgot and my food was halfway through being prepared.
There is an obscene ratio of cabbage to meat and noodles! It's insane. I'm very disappointed as a frequent customer.

Staff was timely, pleasant, and clear in explaining one of my items was still cooking. My food was all hot and the order correct when it was brought to my car. This is a well managed store.

Ate the food, everything was fine untill 20 minutes later I started to feel a sharp pain in my stomach & did not think it was the food I thought something else was wrong with me & thought about going to the ER. Pain that would later go & come right back . Turns out, it really was what I ate 💩. Not sure if it was the Orange Chicken, Walnut Shrimp, or the Greens that made me go to the restroom really bad. Not sure how hygienic is this place or if the food was cooked thoroughly but not going back. Who ever is in charge of this place needs to check how things are being done
