Ordered a meduim side of chow mein and got 95% cabbage! This is so ridiculous! This is everything i pulled out and there was still so much left in my food!

I went by panda on Briarcrest today. I told the line worker that I wanted fresh rice because they only had the burnt rice in the bottom the pot and after they got new fresh rice they still scraped the pot and that’s what I got. I got all the burnt stuff from the bottom of the pot. The rice tastes awfully burnt.

It was nine so I decided to go through drive-through and get panda express. I ordered the bowl with beef and broccoli and fried rice. Where to begin. The rice was mushy and some parts was hard and had a weird taste to it. The The broccoli pretty much was yellow. And you sure don’t get a lot of beef. The way the food tasted tonight. It makes me wonder if what everybody says that when it gets close to closing time, they serve the old food to get rid of it. I wasted my money on this one since my bowl ended up in the trash.

I usually LOVE eating at this Panda Express, but my visit on 8/13/2025 at 10:06 PM was disappointing. The person over the speaker took a long time to greet me. I ordered chow mein, original orange chicken, and Beijing beef, and was told the beef would take about 6 minutes — no problem. But when I asked for a refresher, I was told, “We already put those up,” even though it was still a full hour before closing. The lack of willingness to accommodate led me to leave without getting anything. I hope this was just an off night, because I’ve always enjoyed this location in the past.

Fast & friendly service!! Tyler greeted me upon arrival and Erika served me with a smile. She cleaned up along the way keeping the work area neat. I was about to pass on the fountain drinks since I don’t drink soda but they had many lemonade flavors available. Erika offered a sample but I already knew I wanted it. Pomegranate pineapple lemonade 😋 I got the mushroom chicken w lomein! Highly recommend. Also grab a black pepper chicken for hubby with egg rolls. Right at lunch rush in and out fast no waiting in long lines like the fast food place next door.

I am disgusted. Picked up a mobile order in the drive thru and it took forever. Took it home to eat and found not one but TWO hairs in my food. So nasty
