I am very disappointed, went in on my work break. The restaurant was not busy at all and two of the three entrée options I wanted were empty which would be fine except I am on a time limit and they wanted me to wait 15 minutes for both as they already had something cooking and it takes five minutes each. Very disappointing for loyal customers to go through this

This location I think is a disgrace to the Panda Express food chain . Employees have attitude & childish behavior . In my opinion an employee that lacks professionalism as well as customer service friendliness should be fired . I shouldn’t have to put up with an employees attitude after a long day if they don’t want to be there . This all started when I was told there was a 5 min wait ok no problem but at 15 min went to go check on the food was told it wasn’t ready I asked for a refund as I should , if I’d been told I would be waiting 20 minutes for my food I would’ve gladly chosen a different option & been on my way but sadly I was greeted by an employee with just bad attitude then being told I have to wait a day or two for my cash back. I don’t have time to be going back over 35 dollars, when I pay for my food I don’t tell them that I’ll have my payment ready the next day . If management is not available to issue me a refund that’s a company problem not mine if employees can’t do their job & don’t know how to act then there needs to be management available on every shift . Filed a complaint today hopefully they fix the situation & employees attitude this is the only location I’ve had issues with & will gladly contact higher management next time .

I ordered food at the Briarcrest location in Bryan TX. The time on my receipt 10:36 am. The taste and freshness of the food wasn't satisfying to me. I come to this location at at least 3 times a month. I know the order was placed in the morning. I am thinking the food was reheated from the taste of it.

Ive visit panda twice a week, all the locations. Due to me being a traveling rep. I've visit the location on Briarcrest several times and the service and quality of food is going down. The drive thru cashier was nonverbal and for got utensils. I had to wait for her to return to the window to ask for sauce. When I called to talk to the manager on duty about the situation. He responded as if he was frustrated with me. I only had an hour for lunch. I get to my job to eat no utensils are in the bag. I spent more than half my lunch getting utensils. Thanks for the inconvenience.Come on yall need to do better.

This is the worst panda express location I have ever visited. We use them over the last few months on a nearly weekly basis. There is at least one error in 4 orders on a 80% plus basis. The only way to ever get an accurate order is to go inside, let them fill the bag, and then pull everything out yourself and recheck it. It’s absolutely horrible.

Service was decent, they were nice so this isn't on them. But the food was NOT original orange chicken. It wasn't even crunchy and had such miniscule sauce it was barely coated. Taste was so bad, I was checking the chicken as I wondered if it was fresh chicken or even fully cooked. Also the amount was not what I expect from Panda Express. Definitely worth to just go to the other location.

Apparently, they don't give a full scoop of each entry anymore, really skimmed on our plates. And they count the shrimp before they scoop onto your plate!!!Won't be back, especially what you pay.There are 2 chicken places next door that are really good. I'm definitely going there.

Customer service is horrible. I got there and the girl was talking to her coworkers and didn't helped me until she was done talking to them. I was right in front of her. Once I'm done checking out she goes back to talking to them and she started the conversation even before I'm 100% done.
