Was given a coupon for a free pizza due to my food being 45 mins late the last time I ordered. On the coupon it says I can use in-store or online. Well definitely NOT the case. After ordering the items I wanted i didn't see an option for my coupon code.
Great service the Manager and the Insiders are always very pleasant at this location. They even told me they may have better deals for call in orders versus online. Great to know. Thanks Pizza Hut!

Was promised a credit for a free pizza that they have burned. Call back to get it re-ordered the associate and never put the Credit on there. The other associate that I talk to assured me that I had to get it approved by a manager none of the associates were able to give credits. She gave me a discount anyway which I appreciated but she seem kind of rude about it.
