Edit:: This happened a couple of years ago. But wanted to make a point I have yet to order from them since this happened. Hoping people see this even now.
I had order a pizza, boneless chicken and cinnamon buns. And I stay not even 5 minutes away from them and I have little children so deliver is convenient. Who wants to pack Them up and pick up pizza especially if you have a disabled child. Well anyway, it took 20 minutes to get my pizza. The driver guy called for the code for the gate then another few minutes passed and called again and said he left my food AT THE WRONG DOOR. Two doors down. And he couldn’t get back in the building. So my question is how did you get in the building in the first place. So I had to go down to get my food. Granted when I called they did redo my food. After waiting another 15 minutes. I was not going to allow them to deliver it again because I didn’t trust that process. So I had to leave out and get my food after 15 minutes of waiting and got there and had to wait for 7 additional minutes because they had unexpected orders that had to be cooked first. I understand it was the usual orders but I used to be in the food Industry and you make sure the food that was messed up be Done before the time you told the customer. I also asked to get a refund because of all the trouble I had to go through to get my food. The manager was cool until I said that he hesitated at first and the look he gave was like, For what? Uhm for all I had to go through Just to get my food. After I paid for delivery and tip. He said he would but I Have yet to get that. But im to the point I DO NOT want nothing from this store. Why?! So they can steal my money and mess my food up and deliver it to the wrong door. Keep the money and your food. Picture of the pizza when I had to get it from my neighbor door

Ordered online and was ready in 10mins but didn't get it for a hr..it was delivered by Door Dash it wasn't closed with a sticker..it was cold..

Pizza arrived 2 hours after I ordered it cold and dry. The driver knocked on the door and left very quickly, I never saw it. I’m very disappointed. I shouldn’t have given a tip. 03/13/2022. The pizza was on the ground outside my door NOT sealed.
Overall decent experience.
Sent the wrong pizza ?and then would not pick the phone at the store so they could correct it.
Ordered 8 Pc bone out wing with Buffalo sauce and received bone in dry wings. Not really a complaint just want to make sure they don’t mess anyone else’s order up

Stopped in on the way home today (8-8-2020), ordered a supreme pizza, payed the bill, got the pizza and I tipped the lady who brought it out with some cash. Drove home and wham! Pizza just had veggies for toppings. Called back and the workers says they can’t refund or credit my credit card. Wanted us to drive back to the store . Was I born yesterday? If I complain and then go back to pick up a supposedly correct pizza would it have spit or snot or worse on it. I’m done with the Pizza Hut wildflower. Apparently they can’t make a supreme. Adios Pizza Hut .
we received a wonderful carry out pizza, just as we had ordered it with lots of toppings. we have never been disappointed with the Wildflower locations. this time, we went to the actual restaurant instead of the one in Target and got a great price on a great pizza. y'all take care and God bless during this crisis. we're in food delivery to stores and we are living a nightmare. fortunately, we can all work together throughout this mess. PS- we picked up about noon today if the employees are benefited in some way

Every time i order its the same thing. More than an hour to get my order. If i choose delivery its an hour and a half to 2 hours before i see my food. If i go pick it up at the alloted time scheduled its a solid 30 min wait. This location is the only one i fight with time wise. Either its understaffed or just plain irresponsible
If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is essentially non-existent. Order was placed at 6:04 to be ready at 6:30. I arrived shortly after 6:30 and waited behind 3 people in line. After giving the name on the order and paying, I was told it was not ready. At 6:45, I inquired that the order was supposed to be ready at 6:30. I was told that they were running behind.
