I've been to Pizza Hut on numerous occasions but this location was very disappointing. I ordered online and was expecting my order to be correct. Instead of a pepperoni pizza, I was given a cheese pizza. Additionally, I waited at least an hour for my order of pizza, thinking that they had not received my order. To top it all off, the pizza was very cold upon arrival. I do not think I will be ordering from this location ever again. I truly had a bad experience.

I ordered a Pizza Supreme. They put half of the toppings they used to. The toppings they did put on was one third to one half of the amount the used to put on. They still charged me $20.00. Totally not worth it. They totally suck!

We live in Houston during the week and have a condo in Bryan TX. We get pizza 1 or 2 times a month at the Pizza Hut on the 1300 block of W 43rd street. Their pizza is always awesome!! This Hut in Bryan was terrible. The toppings were not spread around very well. I paid $1.50 for mushrooms and there were hardly any mushrooms. The sauce did not have the same flavor. I asked for green peppers on half and there were green peppers on maybe 1/4 of the pizza. I do not think I will be getting pizza from this location anytime soon.

Pizza arrived 2 hours after I ordered it cold and dry. The driver knocked on the door and left very quickly, I never saw it. I’m very disappointed. I shouldn’t have given a tip. 03/13/2022. The pizza was on the ground outside my door NOT sealed.

Ordered online and went to pick up my pizza and saw employees in the dining area eating. No big deal, but then one came out of the prep area eating a slice of pizza. Guy went back and forth from dining to prep area. This is disgusting. The so called manager was hesitant to give my money back after watching this. I will never spend my money at this place ever again. It's just gross.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times before and always had a great experience, but this last time was awful. I got two pizzas, one pepperoni and one cheese, and cinnamon sticks. I ended up having some of the worst food poisoning ever and I know it was from the pizza because I hadn't eaten anything else and felt sick just a few hours after. No one should ever get sick like that from a restaurant. I hope other customers in the future do not have the same experience.

A 5 mile delivery zone!? Really? You are missing a lot of business from my neighborhood by not delivering. We are only 5.9 miles from you, a 13 min drive. You are missing a lot of business. You are the only pizza place this side of the 6. There is a very captive audience waiting for you. Just a mere 5.9 miles from you. You are missing out in a great deal of business! It's a shame too, because me and my friends out here really pizza!

My last order here was a chicken Alfredo pasta and after I went to go pick it up because they don't do delivery where I live at I came home to find out they were only three small pieces of chicken on the whole pasta it felt like I was only eating noodles and sauce

Got to this location and had to have them remake my pizza because the one they tried to give me looked 2 days old and was short on toppings. I also think it's ridiculous that these pizza places are now charging for condiments. The remake was much better.
