Ordered at 5:37pm went to pick up close to 6pm, waited until 6:40 for my food! The chicken was bland and cold. Coleslaw was overly sour, no utensils and worst of all I found a piece of plastic in my food! You’re better off going to chicken express, ive never had to wait, better prices and delish sweet tea. Won’t be back here.

Came here on a Thursday evening on March21 and ordered a 12-piece family meal. They forgot my large mashed potato and all my biscuits. I had to drive back there, good thing they are right down the street from where I live but when came back to get my items the Hispanic lady who was working there was rude an active like she was mad that I had to come back and get my items that they forgot. Wouldn't recommend this place at all horrible service

USE OTHER LOCATIONS IF WANTING POPEYES!I had ordered my food on their website around 9:15 . When I finally left the house to pick it up I had arrived at the location at 9:35. I tried to go through the drive through but it was broken so then I had gone inside and was waiting for assistance. When I finally got someone’s attention they immediately said they were closed. I had looked online before ordering to make sure they were open and they were supposed to be open until 10 it even said they were open till 10 on their door. So that is very confusing and should also be fixed not only on their door but their website as well. The website shouldn’t have even taken the order! When I asked what was going to happen with my order they told me to go to a different location or get a refund on the app. Unfortunately all other locations were about to close after this interaction. Thankfully I did manage to get a refund but had I not I would have been out 40 dollars for a meal I didn’t even receive. Very awful experience

I am a frequent flyer at Popeyes and CONSTANTLY have issues at this one. They are out of different types of chicken, long wait times, drink machine doesn’t work, can’t take gift cards, get orders wrong, order ahead not available, no correct size side cups, out of gravy or mashed potatoes. These are just a few of the issues I’ve had. There’s a couple really nice people that work there and it’s usually not their fault, but gosh dang there’s something wrong every single time I’ve gone in there. If you really want some Popeyes go to a different one!

I went to this particular location on last night and purchased some food and it started out with poor customer service all employees walked around like their was no customers standing waiting to order like they all was confused so they finally took my order and I got home with my food and I tell you everything that I ordered was terrible the chicken was salty and cold and the red beans and rice was terrible the beans were old and the rice was hard and to top it all off I tried calling the location last night and today and they never answered the phone so I advise anyone and everybody to stay away from this location because the food and the customer service is terrible ? and they deserve a 0 ? rating and I will not be ordering food from this location anymore and from now on when I want some Popeyes chicken I will be traveling to college station and all I wanted to do was reach out to this location and complain and get a refund

Third time I have been there over months and never have chicken ready! Ten minutes for tenders and 5 for nuggets at 1:00 in afternoon. Wasnt very busy either. Took almost 5 minutes before got waited on after guy ahead was still waiting for something. Service here sucks! Went thru drive through before at supper time and same scenario! 3 strikes and never going back!

BEWARE! If you like Popeyes, this is NOT the store to go to. Ordered an item priced at $8.89 on the menu and was told the total price would be $10.60. Should have been $9.62 with tax added. I asked why and cashier said “I don’t know.” She turned around the order screen and the total price it showed was $10.06 (not $10.60 that I was told) Pretty sure I was getting scammed so I canceled the order and walked out the door.

We decided to give it another try today 12/02/2023 and we had an even better experience . The quality of food was superb as well as the customer service. The new staff (both times we recently went) were friendly, took my order without an attitude and gave me the right order and were quick. We are definitely coming back.

We decided to give this location a try Last Sunday 11/26/2023 and they had new staff, the quality of food was great and customer service was great. We decided to give it another try today 12/02/2023 and we had an even better experience . The quality of food was superb as well as the customer service. The new staff (both times we recently went) were friendly, took my order without an attitude and gave me the right order and were quick. We are definitely coming back.

I've been to this restaurant several times. Order is incorrect 50% of the time. Many times they are out of many items. The manager has a huge attitude problem and does not seem to care about the customers. Popeyes food is usually very good. This location does not do the chain any favors.
