My family has always loved Shipleys but this site is the best run we have ever visited. Great staff and the absolute best sausage kolaches anywhere. No other Shipley site has their fluffy bread. I like it better than the Kolache places in town.Coffee is great, especially with a cake donut. Devils Food still my fav. Hot fresh glazed are my family's go to.Parking: Busy location but mainly the drive through which has a bit of an incline to it. No trouble finding a parking space

Service is quick so be ready to order when it is your turn. Seating is simple and very adequate. A GREAT PLACE!!Parking: They have a drive-thru service.

Asked for spicy kolaches... they gave me ham and cheese... all the food was fresh but not what I ordered... I even asked the lady if she had my spicy kolaches... she confirmed and still gave me the wrong food.

It was really busy when I went but still got service in a very short time. Doughnuts where okay, I tend to like my doughnuts firm, these where a little flat and the kolaches where the best, only one small detail. Wish they would pack it with more sausage and more ham. I took one bite and it was mostly bread ? but it was still delicious.

On Thursday, November 9 I came around 11:40 pm the employee really doesn’t want you to come before they close he was grumpy complaining.
Got a few doughnuts to school, and everyone loved them. They have a good variety as well. Drive thru line gets full fast in the small parking lot, but the service and staff are quick, so it's not too bad of a wait.

I have never left a bad review before as most of the time it’s one mistake and I understand it happens. However, this morning around 8:30am my boyfriend and I visited this Shipley on our way out of town and it was a horrible experience all around. First, the customer service was severely lacking and the vibe was that it was inconvenient for us to be there (should have been an indication for what was to come). Second, we asked for 9 jalapeño and cheese kolaches, but only got 7 cheese kolaches most of which were burnt and it was handed to us in a manner that it fell out of the persons hand and my boyfriend had to catch it. They also forgot our water we ordered. We frequent this particular Shipley’s often and have never had this experience there. It looks as if there may be new workers who just don’t seem to care, so be cautious.

I wish my local Shipley was like this'n. Even though it's kinda old, it's still very clean and orderly, and the staff is friendly. Coffee was straightforward, fresh and good, and same with the donuts. Not much to say, but had to leave a yelp.
