I’m getting so tired of these restaurants increased prices and decreased quality of food. OMG. Tried this location because the other one in town gave me donuts with hair on them. Paid $5 for a vanilla frappe for my spouse and this is what I got. Person taking my order doesn’t even seem like she wanted to be there. Upon ordering it was just “what can I get for you, what else, what else, what else, what else?”

I went to Shipleys 11/22 because they always have the best donuts. I guess today was just an off day. I got a cinnamon roll and a Bavarian cream, and two orders of donut holes.
The cinnamon rolled looked burnt and old and the Bavarian cream looked like someone took a bite out of it.
I was disappointed after taking them out of the bag for my asst and I, but every business deserves a bad day.

Glazed were hot and fresh! Line is always long at 7:00am, but the line was fast-paced. The lady at the window was super helpful and courteous. Once you get to the window, they get your order out to you in a flash. The apple fritter was fresh. The cinnamon twist came out as expected. This is a popular location in the morning so give yourself some extra time if you plan on going through the driveway window.
You can't beat a hot glazed doughnut from Shipley's!!

They don't have old fashioned (glazed buttermilk cake) donuts, at all. Those are my favorite. Their regular glazed donuts are good. I have been there several times (because my son likes it) and they are always busy.

Just moved to town and have been here twice. Each time the employees have had an attitude and been disrespectful to me. The kolaches are overcooked so if you like your coffee and kolaches burned, with a side of attitude to start your day. Start it with Shipleys.

Kolaches are more bread than sausage and their coffee smells and tastes like rubbing Alcohol. The service was not friendly at all. This will be my last visit to any Shipley do nuts .

Seems like everytime we go dies not matter what time they are always out of something . Even when the bakers are still there. Supposedly they leave at 10a but have been there when they have left at 915a . Now when a donut place runs out if do nut holes before 10am that is crazy. I have been going to Shipleys since the 50s. On North Main in Houston and Little York never seemed to ever have that issue there. I know the logic in what they do. If they are out of what you want you will settle for something else since you are there, but settling is not a good experience for the customers. But they will sell their inventory, even if the customer is not really satisfied.
