Service is horrible here. Press the button waited 20 minutes before anyone said anything. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Then I order they bring it out quick but I gotta go back to work and my order was only half right.

Its Sonic. Can't say much. I had ordered in app for a half and half iced tea. I was in a rush to get back to work and did not even take a drink until I made it back to my desk. Once I did I found that I was given Dr. Pepper. I am unable to have sodas for medical reasons so I was pretty disappointed that my money went to waste.

There seems to be no way to contact them for issues with orders other than going back to the store. In this day and age that’s just unacceptable for a chain as big as Sonic

Management is a joke, parked to order. Order was brought to me without my drink.
I ordered a double pickle burger. There was one tiny sliver of a pickle on it. I went back management said she had her cook go through my burger and gave the same one back saying there was nothing wrong with it and there was pickle. I pulled the one pickle off and said this is supposed to be a pickle burger. The only thing this manager could do was give me a side of extra pickles?????? Also they charged me full price for a drink during happy hour

My family loves Sonic. BUT something I’ve noticed lately is they don’t give out napkins with your order. This goes for all the Sonic locations in my area that I have been to. But it’s not just Sonic, it’s all fast food places. I think Chick-fila is the only place that is pretty consistent with giving out napkins.

Order multiple drinks carhop did not offer drink carrier seem to me she had a bad attitude. Order mozzarella sticks they was hard and cold. Very unpleasant service TERRIBLE
