I come here regularly and the staff is always extremely kind! Rachel is amazing and does such a great job, and Elliot is also always checking on customers and is super sweet as well. Easily the best staff of any place I've ever been!

I always go to this starbucks… it’s the closest to my house and they are usually pretty fast. This morning I went in to pick up a drink and a sandwich. I placed a mobile order as I usually do, and arrived about 5 minutes later. I came into the store and my drink was immediately done, I grabbed it and sat down to wait on my sandwich. I noticed 3 other people standing near by who were also waiting. Me and 3 other customers waited 20 minutes for our hot foods to be made. I will say that the store was busy, but that does not excuse the lack of urgency to take care of the customers waiting. During the time I, and others, waited, there were multiple walk-in customers who had drinks made and orders taken before we received our food. There should be a system in place to ensure that orders are being taken care of, even if there may be customers waiting to place an order. Instead, there was 25 minutes in between when I placed my order and received it because the staff was not taking care of hot-meals.

Wow wow wow!! This Starbucks has the best service. I can’t imagine being greeted by anyone other than Mark Nimri. He is one of the friendliest staff I’ve come across not only in Starbucks but in retail as a whole! Let’s go Mark!!

I drive through here many mornings on my way to work and consistently encounter such a personal, friendly staff. They know me by name and occasionally surprise me in unexpected ways. Love this place!
Ordered 2 simple small drinks (from the menu with no subs), got pushed to wait in the parking lot for them with hardly anyone there, and both drinks were still wrong. $11+ for trash service and drinks.

These People are Amazing!! I usually don't leave reviews but I have to on this one! Especially one employee named Amber calls me by name every time I walk in. She remembers my order and I go in just a couple times a week and I don't order the same thing but she knows that's my favorite somebody give Amber a raise!

I come here at least 4 days a week.I will no longer come here.My pour over that I order is wrong constantly. I am leaving the store now.they didn't get my size correct ..they took it back and poured blond roast over it to make a grande. I will not be back.
