I always look forward to coming to this Starbucks because of Hannah. She consistently makes the best coffee always the perfect balance and taste. Beyond that, she’s so friendly & attentive. This makes the experience even more special. Her positive attitude brightens my day every time.

I usually avoid Starbucks that are not stand alones because they’re always a bad experience. Well, this one held true to that statement. Coffee tasted like they used old coffee beans or none at all! I’m basically drinking sweet water this morning. They also gave me a frozen breakfast item so I had to go back inside for them to reheat it. Staff was not very friendly. Seemed like one MIGHT have been new and she was friendly at least

Worst Starbucks. The employees just joke around and have very little work ethic and the dining area is rarely clean. Use to be the best Starbucks in Bryan.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in especially in a Target. Stopped here a few mins past 8 this morning. We waited 25 mins just to order behind ONE person. Both baristas were working on the same to go order and filling up containers that should’ve already been checked and ready before they opened. Then the 2 people that ordered AFTER us were served before my ONE drink was made. I ordered a Large Hot Mocha with extra mocha. Nothing complicated. When she finally gave it to me it was pouring out of the lid, all over the side of the cup, & all over my hands. We had to completely clean the cup before we could even walk out. When I asked for another lid, she got an attitude. There’s no way she didn’t see the mess she made when she slammed the drink down to begin with. I wish I had thought to get a picture of it before cleaning it up but it was hot & already all over on my hands. Once I finally got to drink it, it tasted like a hot chocolate made with dark chocolate no mocha flavor at all. I always tip (really well I might add) so had the 2 young women in this location been decent enough to take AND make my order just as they did for their “regulars” then they would’ve gotten a tip but you don’t treat new customers like they are beneath you or beneath other customers just because you don’t see them every day

Location on google maps is wrong. This place is inside target which is half a mile east.

I ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and they didn’t have enough caramel candies to go into the drink, the barista searched for thirty minutes for the candies that way I had a complete drink. Bless her heart, she was amazing. I love this place.
