Still seeking a resolution regarding a mistaken mobile order placed through the Subway app and the lack of follow-up from both customer service and the local store.

On May 9, I mistakenly placed a mobile order at the wrong Subway location, likely due to the app switching my selected store after reopening it mid-order. Realizing the error immediately, I attempted to call the store to cancel. Despite multiple calls, no one answered—just an ongoing, loud ringing tone with no option to leave a message.
I proceeded to place the order again at my regular location and contacted Subway customer service to address the error. The only response I received was a brief message stating that the issue was “resolved,” with no explanation of what that resolution entailed. I was never contacted by the store or anyone from Subway.
When I visited the store in person, the manager, Gerald, informed me there was “nothing he could do.” Only after I pushed the issue did he agree to take my contact information and said he would forward it to the district manager. Given the vague and dismissive response from support and the inaction from the store, I’m left with no confidence that this will be followed up.
In any case, I have attached:

• Mobile order confirmations from the Subway app (original and corrected)

I accidentally ordered from this location and it was the absolutely worst. Not a single one of the four sandwiches ordered was right. Go to the Boonville Rd location by the Kroger for a much better experience.

Absolutely terrible service. I walked in and there were two people I line already and there were 2 workers on shift that immediately rolled there eyes at us as we walked in and to every other customer that came in after us as well. 5 people walked out at once after that due to terrible service and workers not wanting to do their job.

The tall gentleman that made my sandwich today was very helpful. He was polite and took time to answer all my questions. Great conversation! Sometimes you just need people to he kind.. I recommend this location.

Just left and Steven needs a raise. He's the only one working. He's doing everything and maintaining sanitary conditions. Moving constantly baking, making online and in store orders. While stoping to wash his hands when needed. With 0 help.He needs a raise and some help.

Gerald is amazing here!! We came in right at opening time with a big order for a bridal party. He had a great attitude and was on point with everything. I wish every Subway had a Gerald. Thank you for helping us this morning! Hope to see you again down the road. He needs to be acknowledged within the company and a raise!
