I was ordering sandwich and saw nats everywhere all in the food. Didn’t let it bother me but when I got to check out there was a ROACH on the counter.

Receive several emails skating by 1 ft long and get 1 for $1. No customers in line show I asked the lady working there if she could please help me place the order she stated she was not able to help, but if we would like to sit down in the lobby and figure it out we could? All I need is help to place the order. Told her sorry for the trouble she stated oh you're good? Really? Waste of gas wasted time! Poor customer service! Sorry for the trouble Subway.mb

I like Subway but I'll be going to a different one. Employees are constantly getting the order wrong. There's frequently a line of three or four people having to repeat themselves several times just to still get the wrong sandwich.

I come here often but today touched my heart. Jacob was the kindest young man I have met. He is the only employee here that I have seen that washed his hands before preparing my meal and cleaned up behind himself throughout making my food. He said yes maam the entire time and was so respectful. He was perfect at his job. He didn't make my sandwich look rushed. He took his time and made it look like it could have been on a commercial. I really appreciated Jacob.

I’m just wondering how this portion is acceptable.
Bought a footlong as my dinner after my tiring job, felt even worse when I got home and saw this tiny sandwich. They didn’t put the veggies I ordered as well. Super disappointed.

Grace Morris was an AMAZING cashier, she prepared my sandwich swiftly and exactly how i wanted it, and she was so polite. 100/10 experience with subway. She needs to be promoted or receive a raise immediately!! THANK YOU GRACE!!!

Manager Val is an absolute terror. She is disrespectful to her coworkers and talks mess about them in front of the customers, to the customers, and to her other coworkers, LOUDLY. The ONLY reason I keep coming back is for Brittany. Brittany is quick to help customers and has the utmost attention to details. I have called and complained on Val before and will continue to do so as long as she shows this disrespect.

My husband and I walked in the door around 8 pm. on Friday, and the lady behind the counter with red pipi longstocking pigtails was very rude. Not saying "Welcome to Subway" instead says, "Do you know whatcha want?" I'm like, no!! So we walked out and gave our business and money somewhere else. We're never coming back to spend our money there to pay someone's paycheck with a horrible attitude to customers just barely walking in. So bye Felicha!!!
