We got 2 sandwiches and BOTH had bugs crawling in them. We threw them away, because obviously, why would we keep them, and were told we could not get a refund unless we brought the sandwiches back to the store. We even told them we had pictures, but they said the GM told them it wasn't enough for a refund.

Wow these people blamed doordash for there app no response from management but I used the subway app of course they are responsible for non delivery its like Amazon blaming the postal service plus no mention of a third party in the app.

Do not recommend this location to anyone. Very bad customer service. Ordered 2 meals. While one sandwich was being made. The other one was open and flies kept stopping on it. I asked them to please make me another one and they got upset about it. The girl said I have to ask if I can. The other girl came out and her reply was, "they aren't my flies, I can't control them.". I told them I wasn't blaming them and that I just wanted a fresh sandwich. They did replace it but with lots of attitude and it was not made the way I ordered it.

Not a Subway customer.A Subway employee came out of the bathroom stall wearing her work apron. She walked straight to the Subway, entered the store without washing her hands before leaving the restroom. I tried talking to the MOD quietly with no customers in the store at that time but she threw me out!!! I reported her to environmental health for the safety concern.

I went there today around 4:50pm (the Subway inside the WalMart). There was 1 worker helping 2 women when my son and I got in line. It seemed like he (the Subway employee) was being overly friendly with the women, and we waited about 10 minutes for our turn. The wait was actually rather ridiculous... While they were finally checking out, he called a 2nd Subway worker from the back for some type of checkout/coupon question. Now, where was this worker for the 10 minutes we stood there?After the two women left, my son and I expected to be next. We had waited 10 minutes, and no one else was in line. But no, that didn't happen. That worker, and the 2nd worker went to the beginning of the prep line where we stood. My son told the original worker what kind of bread he wanted. But, the two workers began to do something else. After a few moments, I asked if they were out of the bread my son asked for. The 2nd worker (who had originally been MIA for the 10 minutes we had already waited) - told us we had to wait. He stated there was an online order ahead of us, and they proceeded to begin what looked like 5 sandwiches for this order.I stated that this was ridiculous. We had waited over 10 minutes already, and they were not even going to help us at all. My son and I ended up leaving with nothing. A paying customer, waiting over 10 minutes with no one else in line, and we get ignored. THAT IS RIDICULOUS.

Went in and ask for a footlong coldcut combo on wheat. Half the sand which had different veggies on it. The giy making my sandwich put half the veggies on 1/4 of the sandwich instead of half! I had to correct him several times before he got it right! Tired of having to tell these people how to do their job! Happens all the time! Closest on to my house! Should not have to deal with this! Very dissatisfied
