The food and service was great, the atmosphere wasn't the best only because it was practically empty aside from 2 or 3 people so it was quiet and easy to overhear the other party's conversation. But I stayed and ate my food and was happy so that's all that mattered to me. Thank y'all for good food and service.

I was missing multiple items. On the items I was lucky enough to receive had little to no meat at all or any other ingredients. I was forced to accept a water when they told me they were out of soda. I was looking forward to my Baja blast. I paid extra for a large cup and ended up paying over 3$ for a cup of water. The might manager Joey was rude and walked away in the middle of our conversation and didn’t do anything to help!..

They forgot a Gordita, i had to turn around and let them know. No problem I was able to get it right away. While I was at the window tried to order another burrito they said they couldn't because I was there for more than 5 min. Which was not true and Noone was behind me so I had to turn around and go through the drive through AGAIN! Then when I got home I noticed i didn't have any chips for the queso and there was hardly any queso in the container to begin with. I didn't bother going back, since I was already home. If they are that worried about the time but not making sure my order is complete. That is jot customer service in all honesty. He did give me two Cinnamon balls but the whole point for fast food is the convenience and that was very Inconvenient! Will not go back to this location.
I come here a lot for lunch and they usually are pretty good, but this time I went for dinner at around 11pm and I just woke up at 4:30am and threw up beans and doritos. If you are gonna go to a taco bell, make sure it's at least one that is always busy or one that is busy when you go. If you don't go to taco bell while it's busy then at least make sure that 4 hours past the meal you have somewhere comfortable to puke.

Waited in line for 2 hours and watched only 4 cars get served in that duration. I’ve worked in the service industry and have never seen such poor performance. And by the time I made it to the speaker they said they were closed! Even tho they still had half an hour and I already ordered and paid online and waited for 2 hours. So I never got my food or money back?
