Every time I order from this location we play what’s missing out my bag this time! Or they are out of boxes and cup holders so much I keep cup holders in my car not only that I swear when I do get some boxes I’m going to hold them so I can give them to the workers to reuse… well last night the just lied they didn’t have no boxes how did I find out well they for got two chalupas so I had to go back and get them low and behold there was boxes after the gave me all my food in a bag and my wife had to figure out what belongs to who.. I have pics cause it’s getting ridiculous…

Would absolutely give zero stars been standing to place order for 10 minutes workers have looked dead at me walked to counter several times and turned around and walked off each time 3 different employees 9:10 to 9:20 on May 21st shouldn't hire people if they ain't even gonna do their job

Went here yesterday with my dad and we waited for about 15 minutes until we asked to be helped and they said to use the self order thing then we waited 30 more minutes for our food. Very disappointed in the service and the people

Drive thru order..food was typical..not much inside crunchy taco..forgot my drink..waited for them to open window to ask about it
I have never got food this bad from a Taco Bell. Usually it’s pretty good at this location but tonight it was BADBADBAD!!! Heading to Dominoes next time

Went through the drive through so can’t attest to much besides speed, window worker, and food. Usually have no problems, but whoever was putting together the food on this evening did a terrible job. Soft taco was normal. When I went to eat my Crunchwrap there was next to no filling. Very little meat, no noticeable cheese and sour cream, barely any tomatoes or lettuce. For the $10 the meal cost to basically get a tostado shell wrapped in a tortilla I was extremely disappointed and would like my money back but am not holding my breath. Visit was at 12/12/24 at 8:12 p.m. Friendly drive through worker though. 4 stars for service are for the drive through guy that was polite and asked my wife how her day was. Usually shy away from posting negative reviews unless service is horrible or food was severely under par. Chalk this one up to subpar food.

They always get my order wrong and/or short me on my takeout orders. They're nice about correcting it but it's a pain to have to either drive back over there or feel like I have to double check my order in the busy drive thru line.
