The service was slow. They had a lot of cabinets and tables, moved around in the kitchen, and was washing the floor with a water hose. The floor was very dirty. This was needed badly, but they shouldn't be doing this during business hours. It showed how much food and trash that was on the ground. There was 1 lady who looked like she was doing the most work taking care of the customers. She worked the window, took orders inside, and cleaned the dining room tables.I'm not sure if I will go back to this one again. I might give them another try just to see if service changes.

Why would the Ground Beef Nachos come without ground beef on the nachos? It's literally in the name. Along with the chips being stale, didn't even bother eating. 2nd time ordering the churros 2pk and didnt get the dipping sauces i paid for. Nor were they fresh or worth eating. Pathetic effort. Used to be ok but Taco Cabana fell off. Y'all can have it.

the food is very subpar. really bland, unseasoned, too much cheese in every dish and not enough meat. taco bell has better food. i’ve tried this place 4-5 times and everytime they give me a wrong item or no salsa.
I gave Taco Cabana 3 tries. The first time they were phenomenal, the loaded nachos were amazing, and the workers were friendly. The second time I got loaded nachos with only 2 ingredients and friendly staff. The 3rd time I again got loaded nachos with only half of the listed ingredients, and that time the staff was very short and disinterested. I can't comprehend why the toppings are hard to remember, its listed plainly on the menu what it comes with. I will not be going back.

Not a good visit. The chips had a burnt taste. The refried beans were tick and dry (old). The rice was like chicklets, the salsa was watery. I guess we learned a lesson. Do not go here late at night. Or do not go here at all.
