Delicious al pastor tacos and fajitas, well served and good service and speed, only the "but" of one thing, the sauce, I would like spicier and thicker ?

SO and I working on a Saturday, of all things, and passed by this little truck sitting on Texas Ave and remembered that someone had mentioned that they were good. SO wondered out loud if we had any cash on us (most trucks around here only take cash) and she gleefully found enough to get us a few tacos. So we parked and got ourselves 4 tacos, half of pastor and half of beef fajita... Some of the best $10 we have spent yet! Tacos were a good size, nicely filled with plenty of meat, the meat was well cooked and seasoned, and the onions and cilantro had a fresh and crisp taste. At $2.50 each, definitely a good buy. Salsa was a bit of a let down though. The green was watery and had almost no flavor while the red had a nice bite to it but again almost had no taste. Felt like a was drinking Salsa de la Croix. Still, will definitely come back, bring my own salsa, and try out some of the other menu items.Thank you!
