Ciana is the BEST !!!!!!! From the first call, to the tasting, to the design, to the delivery she is so amazing and kind and TALENTED!!!! We bought a rehearsal dinner cake from her I don’t have a picture of yet but we did a chocolate cake with coffee buttercream and it was heaven in a bite. We also did our wedding cake with her. Four tiers of white cake with strawberry filling and buttercream. LOOK AT THIS MASTERPIECE!!! Four tiers !! All are real !! I had my florist leave flowers and Ciana decorated it beautifully. The whole process was so nice, one of my favorite parts of the planning process. Her store is so cute too, I left with so many things. I will Be purchasing every cake from here going forward. I also did a champagne cake for valentines recently. She can literally do no wrong. I can’t recommend enough !! Everyone raved about how good the cake was

The Chocolate Gallery is one of my favorite places to buy baked goods downtown. It’s a special place to enjoy a cupcake and a drink with friends. They did my son’s groom cake for his wedding and it was fantastic! They have also done special decorated cookies for my grandchildren’s birthdays.

What a wonderful experience!! My children and I loved coming to the Chocolate Gallery in Downtown Bryan. The staff was warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home! My kids loved getting to sample the delicious gelato before deciding on a flavor. They also loved watching Chef Josh make the chocolates behind the glass. Chef Ciana took the time to explain to the kids what was happening and how the different items were made! We love the Chocolate Gallery not just for the delicious treats, but also for the wonderful staff who always make us feel welcome!!

My mother-in-law and father-in-law wanted to take us and a few of their grandchildren out for ice cream this past Saturday. Since we had never been to the Chocolate Gallery before, we were excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in.
Instead of being greeted with friendly faces, the two women working at the front looked visibly unhappy to see us—especially the children. It felt very strange, considering this is a chocolate shop that you’d expect to be welcoming to families.
Despite my in-laws spending a good amount of money, we didn’t feel that our business was appreciated. The one bright spot was the man working behind the glass making chocolates. He seemed to genuinely enjoy children and was smiling and waving at them, which the kids loved.
Overall, the service upfront left a lot to be desired, even though the chocolate-making display was a highlight for the kids.

I ordered our chocolate TAMU ring seal kind of late and didn’t really expect it to be ready in time but it was! It was so beautiful we didn’t want to eat it. Highly recommend this product from them for a ring day celebration.
