I understand that our businesses are operating during a pandemic and times are hard. However, I have had this problem MULTIPLE times at this store. This store is my go to for piercing jewelry and EVERY single time I go it takes me at least 15 minutes to get someone to help me even with the "ask for help" button on the pin pad in the jewelry section. I recently visited on 12/29/2020 and I continuously pressed the help button and patiently waited while employee after employee passed me by. I finally asked an employee in the shoe section for help and instead she directed to walk myself to the fitting room to ask them. Well, NO ONE was at the fitting room either. I returned to jewelry one last time and pressed the button hoping for help. I spent a half hour waiting. No employees even offered help. I finally left extremely frustrated and I will not return. I work in customer service and this was by far the worst experience and I didn't even interact with more than one employee. You've lost my business for sure.

Hats off to Walmarts curb side pickup during this Covid-19 pandemic. Their app is easy to use and keeps you informed of out of stocks or substitutions. Although selections are more limited the fact that I do not have to go into a grocery store during this time is well worth it. Their staff remains friendly and positive but cognizant of the need of social distancing. This order even included some free samples of new product. Nice touch. I am loving this so much it may become my new normal even after the pandemic!

If I could give it 0 stars I would management are asses and the poor guy who was trying to help us got shot down it was just a very bad experience wouldn't recommend it you'll get screwed over at ever corner the guy who was supposed to fixed our car f***** up and now he's fired they screwed us hard and they didn't even take us out to dinner first

I went in last night to get some fishing gear for a upcoming video. I found the selection of tackle to be very slim mostly catering to only 3 species of fish and one being saltwater only available over 100 miles away. I knew what I needed and ask the guy for help and he told me hey I'm sorry. I hunted a couple of times in my life but I don't fish. My honest reaction was shock why hire someone to work in hunting and fishing/sporting goods if they have very little knowledge of their profession?

This Walmart is always spotless. All the shelves are always well stocked. Plus, the employees are always really friendly. I always save money shopping here. Just a really well managed store!

It's Walmart, they have everything you need under the roof and adjacent to it!!! The plus of course is grocery shopping and even delivery to your car if you ordered online!
