If I could leave zero stars I would. We ordered 2 biggie bags & a 10 piece nugget. When we got our food there was only 5 nuggets in the bag. We went around & told them at the intercom they told us to pull around when we pull up to the window the cook I guessing came to the window & was questioning if we munched on them & ate them before coming back we told her no & she was saying she swore she counted 10 insinuating we are lying then closest the windows not sure why we would want to lie about having the wrong amount of nuggets not the first bad experience at this location not going here anymore

I know the price of beef has gone up, but you can’t turn your chili into just soup with a quarter ounce of beef

So I got a chili at the drive-through wasn’t that hot kind of lukewarm that might be a Health, but that’s not why I’m given them one star.. I don’t think you could find a whole ounce of meat in this chili just beans, juice, onions, and cheese and lots and lots of broth. If this is what you ate every day, you’d be anemic and have an iron deficiency.

Honestly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to! They take forever, cold food ,poor customer service can't even say thank you or make eye contact. Charge for things one day and not the next and dont go by the actual rules of Wendy's. Messed up orders all the time and even if ur the ONLY car in the drive thru without fail you will wait a average of 10 min to get ur food !!! Overall horrible and we have given it multiple chances

Waited all day to go grab a burger, 😞 it was Soo not worth it at all. I heard of stage to prep.. but OMG my patties had to been in the tray all day. That's why we never go to Wendy's Anymore Thanks for the great experience...

This was the worst Wendys experience I’ve ever had. The AC was out so I was sweating the whole time. It took five minutes for someone to even take my order while I was just standing there. She was too distracted and got my order wrong multiple times. I corrected her but it was still put in incorrectly. I corrected it before they made it. However when they did make it it was still wrong. I asked for what I ordered, as I paid extra for these specific menu adaptations they said that they couldn’t do it and they couldn’t make a new one either. No apologies no refund no nothing. I will not be coming back here again.

We went through the drive-through at 1022am and were told breakfast was done at 1020am. I thought that was a very strange time to end so I googled it later and ya they lied, it's supposed to be 1030am. Not impressed with the service!

The food was fresh and the workers were nice but the dining area was dirty and the bathroom they share with the gas station was terrible. I couldn't even go because every stall was disgusting.

They started putting ketchup on the burgers.Way to much mustard.They took a great burger and ruined it.And they went way up on price for such a small burger.good thing we didn't order fries.$7.00 for a small burger is crazy high
