The girls in the late afternoon seem lost who's food went to who, and our French fries to cooked and hard burgers were luke warm ..Had to tell them 2 times what to put on burgers . More training , what burger u can do better

Didn’t even get to order didn’t even stay to try to order. We went through the drive through and had to repeat EVERYTHING we said multiple times. The person was so rude the entire time, it got to the point where we were almost yelling for her to barley even hear us.

Been under the weather... didn't want to cook and a burger sounded OK.Drove over from Kurten to the Bryan location.Joint the drive-thru line and ordered a #1 with customizations and a patty melt What-a-meal with onion rings.Got the order after a short wait and headed home to Kurten... but I should have double checked the order as I DIDN'T get a patty melt but just a double cheeseburger.It was fine... but it wasn't what I ordered and paid for which is a bummer.

I went through the drive-through. Ordered two double meat. Double cheese, Whataburger juniors. No one else was in line. I waited 15 minutes. I accepted the two burgers in a bag, and drove off down the highway. 10 minutes later, I pulled out one of the burgers to eat it. There was only one patty! And, the burger and cheese and bun we're all cold! Very, very cold! The cheese was not even melted! It's like, they had two single meat, single cheeseburgers in a refrigerator, and threw them in a bag straight from the refrigerator! I told several people around town, and they all said, "what do you expect, it's the ghetto Whataburger?!" It'll be a while before I try this place again!
