Alicia is a wonderful manager I came and got my food and wasn’t satisfied with the fries and with no hesitation she gave me new fries and a food voucher to make up for it! Came by 3 days later and my food was perfect 21 is the best!

The wait time was reasonable, about 30 minutes, even though the restaurant was very busy. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. It appeared to have been microwaved, as it was extremely hot, and the plate had holes in the bottom. The food was also over-seasoned and quite salty. However, the staff members were friendly and courteous, which I appreciated.

Wings N More on Highway 21 is one of those spots that stays busy & consistent every single visit. My food always comes out hot, fresh, and packed with flavor, and the wait time is never long. Their wings are top-tier with plenty of sauce options, and the curly fries are always on point.
My go-to order is the medium hot lemon pepper Parmesan wings with curly fries or chili cheese fries…..you really can’t go wrong. And the ranch? A must every time. The staff is friendly, fast, and makes sure everything is right even when they’re busy. Overall, it’s a reliable spot that never lets me down. Easy 10/10, highly recommend.
Horrible place I will never come to this place again. You do not have to email me customer service I will never reform to feel humiliated, belittled and embarrassed. We were going to be paying customers there was no reason for anyone of your staff members to treat us insignificant. Please don’t try to reach out and make things better as I will NOT ever go to this place again as I have mentioned I hope pluckers puts this establishment out of business. I can’t even taste the food because we didn’t even get acknowledge even after seating at the bar for well over 20 minutes.
