Service is terrible! No customer service skills at all!!! I asked for help and smiled. The woman employee working today made eye contact with me and turned in the opposite direction as to not help me. Another customer requested assistance, the same employee looked at her and told her no. I cannot believe this type of service is allowed. Very disappointed and shocked at the unwillingness to help and how rudely customer's are treated.

I had order a chicken sandwich with no pickles and then when I revived the sandwich it had pickles i am very allergic to pickles I had called the manager to ask for a refound and he told me 3-5 days and then when I waited 2 weeks I had not received anything at all for my refound and horrible experience I will never order from here ever again

Every time I get a special that comes with the large fries they end up giving you a regular size fry and the boneless wings are snack size looking like the size of a nickel.

Waited for over 45 minutes to get my online order. There were 2 guys there. One was working super slow and skipping over my order, while the other guy kept going to the back of the restaurant. There was no ranch inside the bag whatsoever. Very disappointing.

Terrible. Took 40 min to get food which ended up being the wrong order. After we told them it was wrong they didn’t apologize, they had attitude and seemed mad at us for asking them to make the correct thing. The girl at the front seemed new, in that case mistakes are understandable, but we were charged more than usual due to her putting in our orders incorrectly. I would recommend they have someone shadowing if she is new because that was not her fault, it was the managers.

Don't come to this place if you want good food and service. Store closes at 12 am. They started cleaning up and moping from 11 pm while making food. The same guys who were preparing the food were also cleaning the floor ?. Took them 30 minutes to make just one Chicken which I ordered. That also was colder than the winter in Canada. Food was burned to crisp.

First the staff seemed unwilling to work.It’s like with the job comes their attitude.No one cares it this place is clean.Fries were extremely disappointing. They were overly fried. Maybe it’s reused friesThe sauces I got were are like the Niagara Falls, more water than sauce It was frozen that’s probably why but it had zero taste.The wings were disappointing, overcooked, dry and tough meat. I’m not sure why they overcook everything.

Absolutely worst wing stop place ever !!The food was very cold and undercooked. I was missing my drink and sauces. When I told the person at the register that I am missing my drink she literally didn’t bother to help me at all. I will never come back to this place ever again. Both food and service is trash tier.
