Was one of the best, and I mean the BEST, experiences I have ever had not only in fast food but in customer service in general. they were so kind and just all around caring for the customers! I asked if they did frosted sodas (most do) and the guy went and asked his manager who was outside and the manager came over and chatted with me about them and etc. and then the kid at the window/door asked all about my plans for thanksgiving. They all together were just above and beyond...
Disappointed to see they have continued the same weird ‘order at the table' process as the only option when choosing to dine-in, just like the other Buda location does. This is so awkward!! It's fast food, we don't need a server and little menus. Let us order at the counter like normal fast food restaurants, and frankly like nearly ALL other CFA locations.
