Terrible, very terrible experience. I don't want anyone to experience the worst moment I've ever had. Waiting for over an hour only to be told our food wasn't ready. They're constantly justifying the fact that they only have one cook. My question is, why advertise a quality restaurant when it's the complete opposite?
Visited there tonight, April 7, 2025. They should have told us when we entered there was no management present and they only had one cook who believes in serving undercooked pork burgers. We waited over an hour for our raw pork burgers which were returned to the kitchen. The tuna on the tostados had quite the odor and which were also sent back. My wife and I haven’t sent a dish back to kitchen in years. This was just bad. Never again.
Worst experience I've had in a restaurant. It doesn't do you good if the place looks nice but the service sucks. Party of 7 and everyone's food came at different times. I got my food after most were already down with theirs. Prices are expensive for the quality of food and service provided. Never again will I visit this place.
