I went on Friday 8/1/25 at about 1:30. Not a hard place to find but you do have to look see it. I got the sliced brisket sandwich and the individual elote. The sandwich was excellent with a great smokey flavor and they actually toasted the bun. The sauce could have used a little more flavor for my palate, but it was pretty good nonetheless. I wasn't a big fan of the elote. It just didn't have enough flavor for me and the corn tasted like it was frozen or came out of...
Visiting family in town for the holiday and they said I had to get bbq from their fav food truck in Buda and boy they weren’t kidding. The brisket and mac are to die for, will definitely be back!!
Been coming here for years and Louie's is always the best. Mayson F was our server today. He has been our server many times before and consistently does an A+ job. Overall Louie's has great food, great service and my family will continue to go here.
