Why does it take over 10 minutes for 2 scoops of ice cream when I'm the only one in the store?

It's really hot in the building. My ice cream was melting before I could even eat all of it, and the bathrooms are disgustingly dirty.

If you go around 7 pm most toppings are unavailable. Not very good.

The milkshake was tasty and the aroma in the place was lovely until you went deeper inside. The pleasant scent quickly disappeared when the female staff member inquired about our order "politely ?" with a disapproving expression on her face. If she is discontent with her job, perhaps she should consider seeking employment elsewhere.

Service sucks We walked in and the guy asked if we were getting cookies or ice cream. We said ice cream, he looked down and began to ignore us. The young lady also continued to make cookies while ignoring us. She walked away for a bit while the man continued to ignore us. He then said she was the only one who can serve ice cream. When she came back she asked if he was helping us. We said no, apparently only one person her can serve ice cream. She then served us, after our ten minutes wait. Mind you as I entered I was thinking, dam it's hot outside this ice cream shop should be full. We were the only ones there and I now know why. Who ever manages this store needs to be retrained or fired.

Don’t take your littles here. The music was very R rated , talking about getting naked etc. waited 5 minutes for someone to walk up and my take my order and I was the only customer there. The 3 people working just kept staring and waiting for the other person to come up to take my order. Couldn’t even stay inside with my little one to enjoy our ice cream date on a Saturday night due to the inappropriate music. Very disappointed cause the one is cedar park is so good.
All of it is just bad. They had NO icecream! It’s an icecream shop!

The store was dirty. Not just a few things, but all the things. None of the tables were clean. The chairs and floors were dirty. There was smeared stuff on the hallway to the bathrooms and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Not just that day, but days or weeks.

Seems they are never open during their scheduled business hours. Today closed for "maintenance" Got our fix at Heb and spent half the money. This is the last time I attempt to try this location
