Ordered three large pizza - all of them were prepared incorrectly.
The cheese used on them clearly wasn't the usual cheese that other Papa John's use - there was an element of bitterness and sharpness that mozzarella shouldn't have. It also didn't taste as if the toppings or the sauce were fresh. The taste and texture for all three pizza's were not good.
I personally won't be returning to this particular Papa John.

Something about Buda and Papa John’s, makes me hungry and happy. I bought one of their pies or pizzas here a few years ago only to eat the bell pepper. Such a great combination of flavor that those lovely peppers bring when combined with a delicious pie!

Ordered our food for delivery, Apparently they now use Doordash, the driver showed up with the wrong order. She said she'd be right back. 40 minutes still waiting, so I call Papa John's, the employee John said he'd remake our food. I asked for a different driver.The same driver came back and apologized for the wait, she explained the food had to be remade, I'm ok with that. But the food was cold, so it definitely was not remade like they said. Plus the box was not sealed, gross! I haven't ordered from here in awhile, they used to be good, not anymore! Save your time and money, eat somewhere else!

Pizza is fine. Service was not good at all. It allows the option online for curbside pickup so I brought my dog with me and chose that option. After sitting for 7-8 minutes. I called and I’m unsure who he was, but he informed me that they couldn’t bring it out to me and that for the year and a half he has been there, they haven’t done curbside. I said “okay, I understand, but it was an option, I have my dog, I can’t come in, can someone please being it out to me?” I hear him have someone bring it out to me he says “someone is coming” and before I could even say thank you he hung up on me. That is absolutely ridiculous. This doesn’t even boil down to customer service issues, it comes down to being a nicer person…. (the guy who brought me my food though, was great!)

Pre-ordered a delivery for 5 pm at 3pm. Pizza was delivered an hour and a half late, at 6:30. Tried calling several times only to get a recording that was put in a loop, with no way to talk to an actual person. No explanations or apologies provided. Will never order from here again.
I place an order for delivery on the Papa John's app. When I received my order both of my pizzas were smashed. I called the store and they said that they can give me my money back or remake me some more. I agreed to have some remade, but this time I would pick my food up myself and I also asked the tem member could I get a credit or some type of compensation since I had to drive to the store which is 20 mins away from my house. He said that I could speak with the manager when I got there. When I arrived, I explained that my sides were cold and the General Manager named Tiffany told me there wasn't anything she could do to help me and to contact Doordash to assist me. I contacted doordash and they had me contact Papa John's help desk to further assist me. When I spoke with the help desk rep he contacted the manager and they told him they would be willing to give me another pizza. I explained that I already drove to the store and this behavior is unacceptable. The rep told me he would put in a ticket for a complaint for the store and someone would contact me in 48 hours. I will believe it, when I actually receive the call. Please do yourself a favor and just order pizza from Conan's on Stassney for good quality pizza!

Manager was nice but the pizza is gross. No cheese on a good portion of it. Was supposed to be half pepperoni half pineapple and Canadian bacon but there’s pineapple on every piece. Not what I ordered.
