Pizza is fine. Service was not good at all. It allows the option online for curbside pickup so I brought my dog with me and chose that option. After sitting for 7-8 minutes. I called and I’m unsure who he was, but he informed me that they couldn’t bring it out to me and that for the year and a half he has been there, they haven’t done curbside. I said “okay, I understand, but it was an option, I have my dog, I can’t come in, can someone please being it out to me?” I hear him have someone bring it out to me he says “someone is coming” and before I could even say thank you he hung up on me. That is absolutely ridiculous. This doesn’t even boil down to customer service issues, it comes down to being a nicer person…. (the guy who brought me my food though, was great!)

Pre-ordered a delivery for 5 pm at 3pm. Pizza was delivered an hour and a half late, at 6:30. Tried calling several times only to get a recording that was put in a loop, with no way to talk to an actual person. No explanations or apologies provided. Will never order from here again.

I place an order for delivery on the Papa John's app. When I received my order both of my pizzas were smashed. I called the store and they said that they can give me my money back or remake me some more. I agreed to have some remade, but this time I would pick my food up myself and I also asked the tem member could I get a credit or some type of compensation since I had to drive to the store which is 20 mins away from my house. He said that I could speak with the manager when I got there. When I arrived, I explained that my sides were cold and the General Manager named Tiffany told me there wasn't anything she could do to help me and to contact Doordash to assist me. I contacted doordash and they had me contact Papa John's help desk to further assist me. When I spoke with the help desk rep he contacted the manager and they told him they would be willing to give me another pizza. I explained that I already drove to the store and this behavior is unacceptable. The rep told me he would put in a ticket for a complaint for the store and someone would contact me in 48 hours. I will believe it, when I actually receive the call. Please do yourself a favor and just order pizza from Conan's on Stassney for good quality pizza!

We placed an order for delivery. When our order arrived, we noticed our wings and soda were missing. We called the store and they told us our wings had been given to someone else. They said they would redeliver the wings and soda and that they would take another 40mins. Unfortunately when we opened the rest of the order we noticed that we were given someone else's order. We called the store once again but no answer. We ended up driving to the location to return the order because at this point we were done. When we got to the location we explained to them that they gave us the wrong order. Not once did they apologize and they told us that the wings and soda were out for delivery and that they wouldn't be able to give us our money back for them. By this time we didn't care. I also had a free cookie for my birthday that I lost with this screw up. We are really upset over all this because we really loved there pizza. We just moved here from Az and this has never happened to us. I hope that thus doesn't happen to anyone else. So sad!! So much for my birthday gift.

I have been eating Papa Johns for at least 20 years. I had some issues with this location in the past, but I love Papa Johns too much to put them on my blacklist.
On my last two visits,, the staff provided exceptional customer service, which is increasingly rare nowadays. Had to give some praise where praise is due.

Not gonna lie, bro was handling everything with his bare hands, held the bundle of peppers like a stray animal only to try to plop them haphazardly into the pizza box. I work food myself so this was a pretty bad experience, I don't really review places but I'd probably go anywhere else. Cheese pizza looked like they let a 3 year old make their first pizza. Beware of bro getting handsy with your food like Diddy at his own party.
