The guys working today were super awesome. I was picking up an order for DD and there oven had a hick up before I arrived my order was ready but they asked if I wanted lunch I said yes they gave me a free pizza thank you. It means a lot while working all day to not have to pay for lunch while I work. It was just going in the trash and they made my day.

The pizzas were all delicious. Our group ordered 32 pizzas to be delivered in the middle of rush hour. They were delivered on time…hot and ready to eat! Thank you Papa Johns!

Pizza arrived cold! It took them forever to get here, I got a text at 6:22pm telling me my pizza was on its way, it got to my home at 6:57pm. If I'm gonna pay almost $50 for pizza I prefer it hot!!!

Not sure why Door dash is delivering my order. I went to official website to order, why don't they have drivers at the restaurant. I don't like that. No heat bag pizza cold. Not worth the money. Couldn't even find where to contact the website to complain kept kicking me out..

Disliked the boneless wings they weren't even covered in Buffalo sauce .. pizza was good but wasn't even cut all the way. Other than that customer service was great but a little disappointed in the food.

Normally, I never have any issues with Papa John's and their pizza is pretty descent. My wife and I were expecting the delivery order to arrive no later than 8:30 pm and it did not even get delivered until after 9:00 pm. I have never seen them use Doordash for delivery, but this was the first time. I got a text from the dasher saying that some other driver took off with my order and that it was going to be remade. If you have ever used Doordash, then you know that they may have multiple deliveries and not even be familiar with the area. This was unacceptable considering that they should have compensated me in some way for something that was their fault. Aside from that my wife was planning to take our kid out to play not later than the latest estimated delivery time. Needless to say, she was pretty upset, and caused quite some bit of stress. I am tempted to not get Papa John's again, and I order pizza from them weekly. At least offer some sort of compensation without me having to ask. This was ridiculous.

Order is correct only about 40% of the time. Last time I ordered, I received The wrong order. I called and asked them to send me my correct order. When my new order arrived. It was also wrong. This place pretty much sucks.
Check your order before you carry out. We ordered Buffalo bites and received unseasoned chicken bites instead. Called to get it fixed and they said there was nothing they can do about it.

I placed an order at 3:06 to be picked at 7:30. I walked it at 7:25 and they were just about to start making the order. I told the manager who was very unprofessional and uncaring that the order supposed to be picked at 7:30 not being prepared at 7:30. She said well, we been packed up. I said cancel, she said ok, i dont care. With that attitude, i will never order there again. Decided to keep the order since i have people invited, whole waiting i asked one of the customers when he placed his order and he said 30 min ago. Management of this place is just not good
