Jaclyn looks over worked and under paid her attitude wasn’t that great. And she had headphones one asked me twice what I wanted girl cut the music down!
After waiting 15 minutes, I went to ask about my pizza and was told it was dropped and I would be another 9 mins of my lunch break , and I asked for a discount or coupon and the cook said he would ask. No one said anything.

Placed an order for a pasta and cheese sticks at 319pm pickup would be ready at 340pm. I get there there the girl up front says they dropped my pasta and had to remake it, that it would be ready in 5-6 min. 20 min pass the pasta is ready but guess what they forgot the cheese sticks. A simple order that took almost a whole hour ridiculous. Customer service is lacking.

My wife called in five pizzas at 1:12 p.m. I showed up at 1:45 p.m. to pick the pizzas up for my daughter's birthday party and I get in there and they tell me my wife never called them or talked to them then I showed them screenshots of my wife's call log and show them their number on it and where she talked to them for 5 minutes. Then was rude and never would admit that they talk to her and just forgot to put in the order kept saying that we didn't call and place the order. Then refuse to give me any kind of discount if I wanted to order the pizzas from them and wait another 30 minutes. Very poor service and will definitely be talking to HR.

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever. The crust was soggy & undercooked. I ended up throwing the whole pizza away after getting sick. The store itself is so smoky that you can hardly breath or see. Poor employees have to work in conditions like that. I haven't eaten at this location in over a year because it's always so bad. Gave it a shot because I just so happened to be at Walmart, but never again. I'd rather drive 15 minutes down the road to the Kyle location off of 1626, where I've never had a bad experience.

May have been a staffing issue but pizza arrived 25 minutes later than stated and was almost cold. Had to microwave. It's a shame with Bidenomic prices that we have to get cold pizza these days.
I recently ordered from them and waited a ridiculous long time . Called in and spoke to the manager . They were just working with 1 driver . I've ordered from them for years and have been happy with it . Everyone has a bad day sometimes.
Spectacular customer service! Cayman was very kind and greeted customers with a smile! Definitely will be coming back to this location.

The Pizza is always hot, fresh, and made as ordered.The employees are always friendly, and very helpful.I order online, carry out, and arrive a few minutes early before theposted "ready time". The pizza is still hot by the time I get home.This Pizza Hut has never let us down. Thank you Buda Pizza Hut.
