This is a such a rare and great Pizza Hut. The cooks follow directions and made the food with absolute care. The front service is top notch by being polite and professional. I’d drive from Kyle to get better service and food from here.

Felt compelled to note that the last delivery I had (6/29/25) was the best I’ve had from any pizza delivery company in years. That pizza slapped hard, everyone at the house agreed. Keep that staff on everyday.
I've been a customer for eight years and this has been one of the most HORRIFIC experience I have had. Not only was my food cold and stiff, I was missing my 2 liter. When I called the female who answered sounded like she didn't want to be there and didn't care. The assistant manager Sabrina had the same attitude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION.
Staff was nice, food was delicious, pop was way over priced though

Over the last two weeks we have had issues with this place.
On 01/04, we got an order for a large pizza in the evening about an hour before close. When we got the pizza delivered to us, you could tell it was not fresh as it was dry and burnt probably from many times that it went through the oven and with a missing slice. The pizza still had a the seal sticker from the restaurant, so it was not the delivery person. We reported this by calling next day and we spoke to someone to report this in a friendly way and as an opportunity for them to train their team. The man we spoke to said he would give us a refund. Never got it.
Last night 01/11, we ordered another pizza in the evening at around 10:00pm. The order was cancelled at 10:51, 9 min before closing. We called and got to a customer service line that hung up on me because I asked to speak to someone at the store. By the time I called again they were closed.
We gave this place a second chance, but we are never ordering from here again.

Pizza was delivered 2 hours late. Not the first time. Customer service is horrible. Staff is not helpful. Automated answering. Went in person and pickup was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and get your pizza from someone else.

How do you make pizza that is still doughy and burnt and the same time? They started making the pizzas a lot thinner too and the sauce doesn’t even taste like tomatoes anymore. They didn’t even cut all the way through the pizza . Everything’s run through door dash now and the lady was rude even though I gave Pizza Hut the gate code and her I still needed to go all the way to the gate to get it and she had no customer service skills. Wish I could take back my generous tip and give her less or at least rate her on door dash but I can’t. This was pretty much the last straw with pizza in the Austin area none of them are running like they used to and I’d rather just get frozen pizza from now on.

It's such a bummer when you only receive half of your order on delivery. By the time the driver has to go back and pick up the other half, both halves have gotten cold and not very enjoyable when everyone finally sits down to eat together.
Supposed to get my food around 6:58 and did not receive till 7:45 pm… pretty much took 2 hours. All food ice cold! Pizza, fries, wings! Try to call and you can’t talk to a real person. How do I speak to someone??? Ridiculous!

Jaclyn looks over worked and under paid her attitude wasn’t that great. And she had headphones one asked me twice what I wanted girl cut the music down!
After waiting 15 minutes, I went to ask about my pizza and was told it was dropped and I would be another 9 mins of my lunch break , and I asked for a discount or coupon and the cook said he would ask. No one said anything.

Placed an order for a pasta and cheese sticks at 319pm pickup would be ready at 340pm. I get there there the girl up front says they dropped my pasta and had to remake it, that it would be ready in 5-6 min. 20 min pass the pasta is ready but guess what they forgot the cheese sticks. A simple order that took almost a whole hour ridiculous. Customer service is lacking.
