Waiting over 25 min in the parking lot, watching 10+ cars get thier order and drive on is not acceptable. what's even more unacceptable is when I ask for a refund I'm told popeyes does not give refunds and am told "We dont give refunds but since your CRYING, I'll give you a refund" then am called a "JERK" before I drive off! I need Franchise owners to contact me immediately, I have video of the entire incident and need this issue looked into. Will never be back to popeyes again.
Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I left shaking and heart racing. The time stamp on my receipt is 5:58pm, at 6:10 the sweetest employee, Christan comes out and asks what I ordered and for my receipt. He apologized and said Ma'am, I'm sorry they told me to come ask what you ordered because they didn't have your order. At 6:15, the same employee asked if I could move my car up.
