We placed a Catering order online for same day, and although the order needed to be placed 24hrs prior, Anthony and his team were willing to make it happen for our Surgery Staff here at Seton Southwest Hospital (Austin). We TRULY appreciate all your hard work in the preparation of our food - everything was so delicious, and we are grateful for the way you ALL went above and beyond in your customer service!!

Very friendly and helpful crew. They truly seem to enjoy their work and share that enthusiasm with quests. The people in the back had a great system for keeping up with orders from the drive-thru as well as those of us that walked in. My reason for this is because the sandwiches are always so stuffed full of ingredients that eating it in the car simply isn't a viable option for me. The tables and floors were very clean and the tea was fresh. Just over all a great experience.

I go in here frequently and the young men working in the night time are always so friendly and hard working.
Normally a huge fan of Schlotzsky's, but the sandwich I got here on Friday the 19th, a Small Fiesta Chicken, definitely gave me food poisoning. I would like to say that it was a wild fluke, because I have never had issues with their food at any other location, and it tends to be one of my go-to's when I am on the road for lunch.

I went to the store in Buda, Tx. The sandwich was very good. The Cinnabon I got were horrible. They were as hard as a rock. So hard you could not bite them and could barely get a knife through them. To have to pay $14.59 for 6 mini Cinnabon is ridiculous and then not even be able to eat them. I will definitely not be back to that store.

I highly recommend this location! I would say 6 months+ ago, we would have inconsistencies at this location but the past few months they have been amazing! Food is always correct, looks/tastes great! Anthony the manager is so personable and the entire staff is extremely friendly! Whatever change they made in the past few months has clearly shown and we will continue to frequently visit! :)

I opted out of Bacon online while ordering, and that must have been overlooked. All 3 were loaded with it, I eat Kosher, so this rendered me without lunch as there was simply too much to try to peel it all off. Not only this, but 1 of the 3 pizzas hadn't even been completed, and was missing several toppings.I called in 3 times to request a refund on the 3 pizzas, but no one would answer.After work was over, I took the 3 pizzas back to see if I could get compensated, and the new shift lead was extremely helpful in doing so. He apologized several times and refunded the whole amount. Thus, the 2 stars instead of 1.

My order was made incorrectly but the manager on duty got me a new sandwich quickly and he was very positive and polite the whole time. Even though my order was messed up I left smiling and happy.

We have used this location several times. My sandwich is missing something...the guacamole on the turkey sandwich, lettuce on the original and today a tablespoon of lettuce, 1 slinder onion ring and no black olives at all. They just lost my business.

I don’t go here very often but I’ve seen him both times I’ve been and no matter how busy, behind or short staffed they are this guy always has a smile on his face.
