Heard good things about this food truck and had try it out this evening for dinner. My family and I were not disappointed. We had Katsudon, curry riceand gyoza. Everything was delicious and authentic tasting. I would %1000 recommend. If you want excellent Japanese comfort food. This is the place to go.
This is the best kept secret in Buda. Cute cart, great service, the ambience is impeccably clean. And the chicken bowl and dumplings are awesome! I definitely will return and recommend. Open for lunch mostly.

I arrived for my very first Uncle Buda experience as they were opening up for the day. After a warm welcome I ordered their Thursday special, Yakisoba. I'm from the Pacific Northwest and up there Yakisoba is everywhere and it's one of my all time favorite noodle dishes. Uncle Buda nailed it!
