Ordered the Birria Flautas for delivery, they were OUTSTANDING. Sometimes you find food that really blows you away; this is one of those times for me. Absolutely delicious food. I’ll be going there in person next time so I can grab some aguas frescas to go along with the food. I wish I had pics, but I devoured it. My husband and I just had the BEST birria tacos from this place!! The consome was so flavorful and not heavy tasting at all. My husband got the quesabirria tacos and I got the flautas birria. Absolutely recommend.

We’ve been fans of Tejas Birria since their early days, and they just keep getting better and better! Every time we come, the food is consistently delicious and packed with flavor. Their quesa birria tacos are loaded with plenty of tender, juicy meat and layered with just the right amount of melty cheese. Each taco is crispy on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and stuffed to perfection.
