Food was incredible ordered right before they closed today and they were able to accommodate a 15 birria taco order. I have eaten here 3 times now and every time the tacos are fire. Best birria in Buda/kyle for sure.

Tejas Birria is a favorite for the quesibirria tacos or the Ramen birria soup and other dishes. It's a shared atmosphere with other food trucks. The dining area is small, and the picnic tables are small as well. There is some shade under the trees, but some of the tables in direct sunlight need to have a pool umbrella, which would make the experience a lot better. The food is always hot, fresh & tasty. The consomé is out of this world.

This place was AMAZING. The staff were friendly, and the area and the food truck itself were clean and organized. The food was some of the best I’ve had, and this is coming from someone who isn’t a fan of beef. The salsa verde had a kick, but it was flavorful like the rest of the food. 10/10.
