Something about this Whataburger is ALWAYS better than the surroundings. I go out of my way to travel to this one when I live in Kyle. The food is always hot, the cheese on my burger melted, and the drink fizzy. On its worst days it's just as good as the Kyle location and on its best, it's better than any burger from any other restaurant.

Yall need to decide which is it....yall either need to put napkins in the bag or quit smothering the burgers with sauces...and if napkins cost extra now just say that. I'm already paying 15 bucks for a sandwich and a coke. What's another quarter or whatever.
Edit: after reading other reviews is this location in particular that has issues other wataburgers have more consistent service and napkins are complimentary with to go orders

We ordered to go, and multiple burgers were incorrect. Attention to detail was not there. The dining area could have used some attention instead of the staff laughing about in the kitchen.
