The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day
We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!
Never get Wingstop. They are trying to start an epidemic by making people sign for orders. I have no problems with Wingstop watching me confirm orders I pick up. But to make me touch a nasty order pick up sheet is just wrong. If you want all that information then you need to write it down. I dont want to compromise my customers and my own health. I should not have to subject to myself to the harmful chemicals in hand sanatizer either. If you want all that information you should contact DoorDash, Uber eat etc.... instead of slowing people up trying to get your food to our customers.

They lost my order. Had me wait for a remake, then forgot an extra sauce I paid for. Other times they don't start making my order until i pull up way after ordering. The workers are nice but I don't think I'll come back any time soon.

Just went and ordered the 20 boneless wings and fries and ranch. Came home, I have no ranch and no fries. Most seriously displeased.

This might be the worst wingstop location in the company. Not only do they completely forget your order, but they don't even try to help. If you order online, expect it to be well over an hour and a half even though the app says 16-21min. They don't care nor do they even try to make it right. I hope corporate sees this review and audits their management. It is beyond ridiculous. I will say that if you do get your food, most of the time it's decent, so the cooks are attentive and do a good job.

Very unprofessional, rude and no structure what do ever!! They put several people ahead that I offered and arrived before and they kept neglecting to even mark that I was present on the monitor! Asked for explanation and Bruce was very rude trying to imply that they all ordered before me when my order was supposed to be ready at 715 and waited over an hour!!! THEY NEED TO CHANGE MANAGEMENT!!!

If I can give this store a lower rating I would. I always order from here and something is messed up.! They don’t pay attention to their orders and bagging. It’s already expensive paying here for food so why can’t yall put fries or the right wings in here. I am Waiting for someone to call from their office since it is a franchise location. But let’s see because these people need to be re trained.!
The worst experience ever. I have been ordering food from this place for the past year and everything had been amazing until today. I ordered online and received a completely different order. When I called they said they can redo the order after I waited for almost 2 hours. I said no and the person said that they could refund my money. I will update once I receive my refund. I'm amazed at the mistake these people made!
