I love my wings WELL DONE. I certainly appreciate the option. Today I am heartbroken as the Sweet CHILI Glaze is gone. Gone like yesterday,. Please bring it back Mr WingStop dude? Pretty please with SWEET CHILI Glaze on top?🙏😭
I placed an order online for my family for dinner. Once I returned home, I discovered the food was ice cold. I took the food back to the store and I was told that they could remake my food or I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days. My issue was this was the refund was not processed. I was expected to take the word of the woman in charge. She told me that she could text her area manager a copy of my receipt so they can process the refund as she could not process it in the. She then took a call from her manager, Robert, who told me the same thing that they stand on. I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days with no proof of this refund with me leaving the store. I was told that I could either except that or they could remake my food. Not to mention there were multiple employees playing in the back cooking area. I didn’t trust this at this point. I feel this is very unjust. Very unacceptable and not good customer service. Wingstop do better!!
Waited over 2 hours for a delivery. When the first driver showed up the order wasn’t ready when they said. So when the second driver showed up they closed early. Worse service not just this time but every time. What a shame the food is good but the service is beyond terrible. Please don’t waist your time. Now to try to get a refund that I paid for but never got.
I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.
we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…
Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!
Terrible customer service and no phone service I’ve had great good from here and tonight was horrible Avoid the Pinelake store I just wanted my meal partially comped And I was told I could have fries Just ridiculous for what I spent

Took over an hour for my order to be ready!
They left out TWO large items from our carry out order. Had to drive 25+ minutes back to get it. And then we show back up and they’re completely rude and gypped us, and wouldn’t give us the correct amount of food. And it was an oily mess inside the bag, got everywhere by the time we got home. These kids are SO unprofessional. The young girl working the register at the front was HORRIBLY unfriendly and rude and needs an attitude change or honestly should be fired. It is really not that hard to double check the order either. This job isn’t hard.
