Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them.
it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"

Placed an order online and received a portion of my meal. Called the location as I had a party of hungry people waiting expecting the process of replacement would be swift. Instead manager Ashley immediately put me on hold and got back to me stating she could refund my order or that I could drive back and pick the meal up. I stated that I paid extra for delivery and would just like it to be replaced. Apparently that wasn't an option and Ashley's best option was to hang up on me once I asked for her name and corporate number. Called back 2 times and call was not picked up. I hope she gets training on how to diffuse customer issues and maybe some other basic training on how to be a good employee.

I feel compelled to share my recent disappointing experience at your Buda location. Unfortunately, the wings lacked seasoning, and the ranch dressing had an unappealing taste.What added to my frustration was the inconvenience of having to pay in-store before my order was prepared. This stands in stark contrast to the smoother and more customer-friendly process at the Southpark Meadows Wingstop. Their excellent customer service and streamlined online ordering have set a higher standard.Despite the proximity of the Buda location to my home, I regret not opting for the Southpark Meadows Wingstop. I hope this feedback prompts improvements at the Buda branch to ensure a better overall dining experience for customers.
