Love this place. I am not a coffee drinker but LOVE coffee drinks. I have tried several different on the menu and they were all delicious but my favorite is the Big Tex. The employees are outstanding and always have a smile on their faces. By the way, if you stop by and are happy leave them a tip!

I love the on the grind Coffee, prices, and most of all their cheery customer service!! I’d like to shop local and I’m proud to be a dedicated on the grind customer. The Spring Branch location surpasses Starbucks in every single way. The employees are all friendly and never make customers feel like they're wasting their time. The drinks are superb and well made. Customers are encouraged to ditch Starbucks and start going to On The Grind.
Customers love the staff at On The Grind, who are always friendly, happy, and professional. However, some have a complaint about the amount of ice in their drinks. When customers request no ice, they sometimes receive just over half a cup, unlike Starbucks which still fills the cup. The staff may want to consider being a little lighter on the ice.
The On The Grind location off 381 is the best, with a staff that is always friendly and fast. Hayden, in particular, is the absolute best. Customers love this coffee shop and will go every morning because of the staff.
