Unbelievable that you literally can't get service here and have to leave because they can't seem to wait on their customers. Waiting twenty minutes after pushing the red button and still no service... sonic you've lost my business. I'm fed up with your lack of caring for your customers. I'll take my money elsewhere.
I have been in Burkburnett for 50 years and my granddaughter even worked at sonic back when Chris was manager he was a great manager and today is the worst service and attitude from employees at sonic in Burkburnett that I’ve ever ever ever had is all I did was order my grandson a breakfast burrito with tater tot’s on it and tater tot‘s on the side I got an attitude and I sat in the window for about 10 minutes waiting for my food and every time I try to motion for somebody...read full review

Ever since Sonic in Burk built the new building and hired new staff and managers its been all down hill. The issue of increased pricing with inferior food and packaging is a big one.
