Applebee's Grill + Bar

Bad food. No longer cooking chicken for salads. They take a microwave slice os thin chicken nuke it and call i5 fresh cooked. Big drop in food quality. Hiring a bar tender who cannot make a margaritas? Same for 20 years now she makes it different. Not in a hurry to go back. I was weekly now not going. Fix the food or change menu nuking microwave chicken is not fresh. Hire or train either but attitude of new bartender who is wrong??

Visited on 2/14/2025 , same waitress saw me and said she would be right there …. 10 minutes later later she said I will be right there . I got up and left ! You need to staff to meet customer flow ! Customers keep you open and pay your salaries! I am DONE !!!!

normally a regular here but tonight i had to wait 10 minutes to be seated and then waited 15 to be helped and no server ever came to help us; we left. very disappointed when this place is usually on the ball

I been at this particular Applebee's 3 times, and they could never seem to get my order right. So my advice to anyone reading this is to not order takeout.

I waited 15 minutes to get seated, no one ever came to the front to tell me where to sit, the waiter came after around 20 minutes and after waiting another 10 minutes without a menu or drink I simply left the place, the service here was disappointing

We usually enjoy eating here, but tonight is awful. So far we got here, slow in being seated, slow to take our order, and only my grandson has been served, 10 minutes ago. The rest of us have yet to see our food. We have been here 40 minutes. They must have gotten rid of all the good servers and replaced them with slow, inept ones. No one has even come to check on us. May not be back after tonight.

Most horrible experience waiting almost 30 mins for food have like 3 diffeent waiters and the drinks weren't even carbonated and the fries were still cold and the chicken bacon burger wasn't even cooked all the way

Had trouble placing my online order. Once I arrived to pick it up I was told that they hadn't received it therefore I I gave them my order. Took about 30mins to get my food. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was enormous in size. However it wasn't completely done and it tasted like fish. The lettuce and tomatoes was at old and saggy. It was by far the "Worst" food I have ever eaten in my life and I'm 61yrs old. I will never eat here again. I should've known something wasn't right about this place because no one was there it was empty at 12:45pm!!

Bad service ? they don't serve me, I waited for my table and no one served me bad service

Food is always good.. Drinks are good and reasonably priced.

Our family of 5 had the BEST Applebee's Experience EVER. Food was good and service was PERFECT! Arnold was an awesome server and was very patient with our family. We had 3 kids with us and everything was great. Drinks stayed filled, wait time was low, and food was hot and fresh. Bourbon Chicken was awesome! I highly recommend this location and recommend Arnold as an awesome server.

Arrived to this location at 1am ! All doors was locked people was sitting at the bar getting
Served drinks and eating food , finally the bar tender saw us came to the door a said we already called last call an I said ! Last calll is at
1am he said nothing an continued the close an lock the door ! The door that clearly says open til 2am ! I will not be coming back to this location I’m also a manager in fast food / restaurant I have 6 years experience an this is reason stores are low in sales as a manager I would want to better little things like this !

Took my aunt to eat here for her first time. Food was delicious. Several locations around dfw area. Menu has everything but breakfast. Can't go wrong with anything. I chose this place over Chili's bar and grill. Great place to watch a sporting event , someone's birthday , or date night. Very affordable and kid friendly.
