I visited this Baskin Robbins location around 9:45 PM, just before closing. The lady at the counter had already closed the store, but when we mentioned it wasn’t closing time yet, she reluctantly reopened it.

During billing, she said the card machine wasn’t working and asked to use my phone for payment. Later, when I checked the receipt at home, I realized she had added a $5 tip without my knowledge or consent.

My main concern isn’t the tip amount — it’s the dishonest and disrespectful behavior. As a customer, I expect courtesy and transparency, especially when visiting right before official closing time. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

The girl scooping the ice cream stuck her entire upper body in the cooler while scooping the ice cream and was not wearing gloves while handling the food. When asked about it she said it depends on when she washed her hands last. My husband went back in and an older lady helped us and gave us more ice cream and wore gloves.

I don't know how this place is still open! Went today for the first time and their A/C is out apparently. They have swamp coolers inside that read 94 degrees! Water all over the floor. Ice cream is half melted. Service was awful, but I'll give them SOME grace because I'd be pissy too if I had to work in that heat. Management needs to step up and do something about this immediately.

I'm so tired of trying to get ahold of this place. They never answer the phones & never have the pre-packed chocolate/peanut butter ice cream. Haven't gotten it in sooo many months.

DO NOT order a cake from Baskin Robbins!!! I ordered 2 days before my event and when I called to confirm it was ready I was informed the cake was never transported to the Burleson location. I was given the option to go to White Settlement to pick it up, or get a refund an hour before my son’s party. I was left to scramble at the last minute for a replacement. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed! I will never give them my business again! Save yourself the inconvenience and poor service and order from somewhere else!

We ordered a custom cake from this BR, and it turned out wonderful! The staff and the manager were so friendly and the cake maker went over and above to give us a wonderful surprise cake for my grandsons Birthday! He loved it! I wish I had asked the cake makers name, so I could give her proper credit, but she really did a great job, and seemed as happy about how turned out as I was :) Honestly, seeing someone happy with their work is as fun as getting a great result!
I highly recommend this location for friendly staff and excellent service!

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a cake over the weekend for graduation, had a time change and called DAYS IN ADVANCE to change the time and was told that was more then okay. On the day we went up to pick up the cake my mom waited THREE HOURS after the time I was told it was okay to pick up. The cake looked like crap. When I called to speak to the manager she had an attitude (as did the employees that were there while picking up the cake) and told me it was my fault basically cause I had originally ordered the cake for a different time. Like I’m sorry but last time I checked when someone tells you a new time is okay that’s the end of it. Long story short the manager continued to just argue with me and didn’t even apologize til the end of the conversation but then backhanded it by saying once again I changed the time. Spent 80 dollars on two cakes that weren’t even ready on time, and may not even get a refund. Worst service and an entire staff who has bad attitudes.

Went in to get a shake on my lunch break from work, two employees behind the counter ignored me after looking right at me. Stood near the drive through window talking about their paychecks and how much they needed to get paid more than they were getting. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and neither of them came to the counter to help me or even acknowledge me. I will not be returning. Horrible customer service. This place has fallen off so much!!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received here yesterday i don’t ever complain about business but I have to say something I ordered and paid for a birthday cake for my husband a week prior an ice cream cake so 30 minutes prior to pick up they call me and said they’re out of the ice cream we selected and offered some of the flavors the had at the store no biggie we improvised and I show up and was presented with this horrible cake 20 minutes past pick up time and after 4 attempts and telling them I have a house full of guest and food in the oven it’s 45 mins past the pick up time to decorate a melted cake that was assembled in an hour i was told they can’t do anything else . It wasn’t round and the ice cream we ordered wasn’t what we asked for and they gave it to us in 2 new boxes cause it was so melted the cake literally looked like it was crying then I was told to grab 2 pints of ice cream ( it was chocolate peanut swirl ice cream by the way minus the peanut butter cup candies ) in the pint size and then given a cake that wasn’t even the cake I ordered and no other option or resolution so I took it home .I was so humiliated for my husband to see his cake and all of our guest said it was awful making the embarrassment worse but all the other cakes they had made that day that were in the fridge were great looking and ours was a last minute put together the manager wasn’t there but was called over the phone and told the employees that it takes 3 days for the cake to fully set .can’t make it same day . Never offered a discount or refund either so unprofessional hopefully this doesn’t happen again to anyone

We were in Baskin Robbins on Sept 21, 2024 at a little after 6:00pm and the girl and the boy that waited on us were exactly the kind of young people that will one day be exceptional young men and women. These two will go far. Very thougthful, excellent customer service. Congratulations Baskin Robbins for hiring the cream of the crop.

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered 2 times two scoop cups with marshmallow topping and a large mint chocolate chip shake. Received a call from driver that they were out of mint chocolate chip ice cream. (Should remove from ap if not available). When order arrived it had one cup of two scoops missing the second one and no shake. Totally not impressed.

Ordered a praline and cream ice cream cone via the drive through window but that is not the ice cream I received. I explained to them upon seeing it that pralines and cream has caramel in it. They just said the Carmel was on the bottom. Instead of arguing with them I just took it and drove away. Just be aware you may or may not get what you order from this establishment and incompetent staff.
