The worst experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a cake over the weekend for graduation, had a time change and called DAYS IN ADVANCE to change the time and was told that was more then okay. On the day we went up to pick up the cake my mom waited THREE HOURS after the time I was told it was okay to pick up. The cake looked like crap. When I called to speak to the manager she had an attitude (as did the employees that were there while picking up the cake) and told me it was my fault basically cause I had originally ordered the cake for a different time. Like I’m sorry but last time I checked when someone tells you a new time is okay that’s the end of it. Long story short the manager continued to just argue with me and didn’t even apologize til the end of the conversation but then backhanded it by saying once again I changed the time. Spent 80 dollars on two cakes that weren’t even ready on time, and may not even get a refund. Worst service and an entire staff who has bad attitudes.

Went in to get a shake on my lunch break from work, two employees behind the counter ignored me after looking right at me. Stood near the drive through window talking about their paychecks and how much they needed to get paid more than they were getting. I stood at the counter for more than 10 minutes and neither of them came to the counter to help me or even acknowledge me. I will not be returning. Horrible customer service. This place has fallen off so much!!

I’m very disappointed with the service I received here yesterday i don’t ever complain about business but I have to say something I ordered and paid for a birthday cake for my husband a week prior an ice cream cake so 30 minutes prior to pick up they call me and said they’re out of the ice cream we selected and offered some of the flavors the had at the store no biggie we improvised and I show up and was presented with this horrible cake 20 minutes past pick up time and after 4 attempts and telling them I have a house full of guest and food in the oven it’s 45 mins past the pick up time to decorate a melted cake that was assembled in an hour i was told they can’t do anything else . It wasn’t round and the ice cream we ordered wasn’t what we asked for and they gave it to us in 2 new boxes cause it was so melted the cake literally looked like it was crying then I was told to grab 2 pints of ice cream ( it was chocolate peanut swirl ice cream by the way minus the peanut butter cup candies ) in the pint size and then given a cake that wasn’t even the cake I ordered and no other option or resolution so I took it home .I was so humiliated for my husband to see his cake and all of our guest said it was awful making the embarrassment worse but all the other cakes they had made that day that were in the fridge were great looking and ours was a last minute put together the manager wasn’t there but was called over the phone and told the employees that it takes 3 days for the cake to fully set .can’t make it same day . Never offered a discount or refund either so unprofessional hopefully this doesn’t happen again to anyone

We were in Baskin Robbins on Sept 21, 2024 at a little after 6:00pm and the girl and the boy that waited on us were exactly the kind of young people that will one day be exceptional young men and women. These two will go far. Very thougthful, excellent customer service. Congratulations Baskin Robbins for hiring the cream of the crop.

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered 2 times two scoop cups with marshmallow topping and a large mint chocolate chip shake. Received a call from driver that they were out of mint chocolate chip ice cream. (Should remove from ap if not available). When order arrived it had one cup of two scoops missing the second one and no shake. Totally not impressed.

Ordered a praline and cream ice cream cone via the drive through window but that is not the ice cream I received. I explained to them upon seeing it that pralines and cream has caramel in it. They just said the Carmel was on the bottom. Instead of arguing with them I just took it and drove away. Just be aware you may or may not get what you order from this establishment and incompetent staff.

Horrible service: they had us wait in the drive thru for 45mins only to tell us they were out of what we ordered. asked me what I had ordered, 3x's only issued a partial refund for items not delivered. Staff looked lost the majority of the time this isnt the first time something like this happens, but its definitely the last time we come to this location.

Well I’ve given this place multiple attempts over the past year and each time it’s an epic fail. Ordered my daughter’s birthday cake a few days prior to the pick up date when I got there on the day of they told me it was not ready and the cake decorator was not working that day!? Yes you read that correctly … the day it was scheduled to be picked up it was not ready and the decorator was not even there. No call or message or anything. It was the morning of her birthday and I had to rush around and find a premade cake. I’ve ordered door dash a couple of times just for ice cream and they are always out of the flavors I order yet they still have it as an option to order. I only find out from the dashers when they get there and tell me they are out. We actually physically went for cream once and as soon as you get to the counter there is a huge counter top sign advertising their creature cups for kids and the guy said they don’t serve those at this location. ? Judging by the other reviews I’m not alone. They are definitely loosing money. The only saving grace is the combo of having Dunkin Donuts. Otherwise they would probably be shut down by now.

As soon as you walk in....DIRTY....3 girls "working" and I was the only customer. No reason for a dirty establishment. YOU GOT TIME TO LEAN, YOU GOT TIME TO CLEAN...Just saying... if I had drove here, I wouldn't have dined in...

First time ever having baskin robins. Pathetic! My husband spent $8 on 2 single scoop ice creams. $8!! For 2 bites of ice cream. Even my 2 year old said what is this? Horrible.

Recieved a half full cup of chocolate chip ice cream with maybe a few pieces of cookie dough and no fudge which is maybe one scoop of ice cream when it specifically states its a layered cookie dough ice cream sundae with 3 2.5 Oz scoops and charged me 8$ for it what a joke, be the last time i order here.

I'm not one to rate low but this was a big disappointment. I wanted a sundae. There was no hot fudge, no marshmallow, no nuts, and no butter pecan. The ice cream I ended up getting appeared to stick to the scoop so the servicer used her fingers to pull the ice cream out of the scoop instead of another utensil. And my cup was covered in sticky ice cream on the outside by time I got this "sundae". ?

Was concerned about all the terrible reviews. Ordered a unicorn cake anyways and it was done a day early and looked great, unlike the unicorn cake someone else posted in the review photos… so overall no issues.
