People bash chains. You know why chains succeed? They get it right. Decent bar food, lots of tvs, friendly people and cold beer. Only better would be censored or involve OF home visits.

I ordered take out when I had family come in from out of state. My family wanted wings and I knew I should have NOT ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were dry as HELL. They tasted like they were cooked weeks in advance and re-heated in a microwave. I had spent over $63.00 dollars to get this crap. Never again. I gave you all 3 chances and this was the last! Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the best wings ever! Not anymore. What happened Buffalo Wild Wings? I did post a comment on my app to the Burleson, TX store. And of course, no comment or calling me. Nasty Wings!

So I walk in and I'm waiting to be seated as the sign says. 5 minutes go by and a group of 4 walk in and the host greats them and walks them to a table. The whole time i was waiting there no one asked me anything. So the host walks to the back and I get his attention to let him know I was here waiting before the group of 4 walked in and he shruggeg shoulders. I decide to just get a Togo order Instead, mind you I'm still waiting at the counter. A woman comes out and answers the phone and has a 5 min conversation while I'm still waiting to make my order. I always thought it's customer service to talk to who is in front of you and the phone calls can wait. I'm a person of color and the blatant disrespect from the host makes no sense to me Manager and supervisors need to coach their team better
Ummmm. Food was barely warm and wrong plus tasteless no flavor. There was 4 of us and had to wait 10 min on last plate. Strawberry lemonade was the only good thing. Food and service went down

Bad service. They delivered our food after a 30-minute wait, and the wings and fries were cold. We left everything on the table. We won't be back. The manager gave us the check for free, but we ended up not eating. 😔 It's sad. It was a place we used to visit The new puerto rican waitress never paid attention to us
