The only real problem that I had is that the wings could have used some more seasoning and they gave me some dressing for the wings but they didn't feel the containers up. They gave me four half containers of dressing for 20 wings. I really had to scrape to get the dressing out. As much as their wings are the least thing they could do is give you a whole little container of dressing because it is very very little. Anyway the waiter was really nice and the Ambiance was great

I go to BWW a lot and got points. I decided to redeem my points on a cheeseburger combo. It showed on my rewards that 1250 points were taken off but for some reason my food was never ordered so when I got there they had not made it. Bc it showed that the 1250 was taken the manager was called out to the register while I waited for her to come the employee asked me if I wanted a drink. The manager came and had a major attitude about it she said she would give me the food and walked in the back the employee came back and charged me $4 for a small dr.pepper and said manager said I had to pay for my drink the drink that came with to combo and the employee offered me. Bad business

Every time we come here the service is not great but the last time was it for me. This is my favorite place to eat but I refuse to come here any longer. The last time we ate there my husband received his food already 30 minutes before I did and it wasnt even busy. By the time I got my food it was barely warm. I never even got an apology. I also told her I wanted to use my rewards but they were never taken off so when I told her that she fixed it and brought the new receipt and put it down on the table without a word. I guess she was upset it would effect her tip amount. My husband said she said it was fixed as she walked away but that's still incredibly rude. Idk if it matters but we always sit in the bar area. I work in customer service so to go somewhere and be treated so poorly is not acceptable to me and will turn me away very quick. I gave this place multiple chances and it continues to get worse

My husband and I came in and were sat at a dirty table with a broken seat. It was not very busy and we saw multiple people standing around talking but no one approached us to take our drink order. After mulitple minutes of sitting and waiting, we left.

So we stopped going to this location a couple years ago due to food being sub par and awful service but wanted to give it another shot because we miss it. From start to finish, everything this time was perfect! Our server Abby was incredibly attentive and friendly. We got there right when they opened and even with many tables she was on top of everything! The manager Wendy even came by and asked how we were and made us feel so welcomed and she was very friendly. The food was delicious, hot and came out quick! They also had a really great promotion going on so we took advantage of that and we will definitely be back!
