Closed when it said to be open. Girl and boy that was working drive through we're both rude. They didn't take the Egift card that I had to use and wasted my time by having me sit there for 15 min before I could order. Not pleased by this at all and I will be taking this to the bored.

My husband had a coupon for a family bundle and it wasn't expired. We just received those coupons in the mail about a week ago. After giving the coupon code the employee he was told that the code wasn't working and they had new coupons with halloween on them and that the coupons we had were no longer being able to be used even though it had not expired. This is unacceptable to send out coupons in the mail that have not expired and then tell the customer we can't use them.

Absolute worst Burger King ever. I have ordered a double cheeseburger three separate times now with no cheese. This last time I brought it back and told them it was wrong. They made it with out cheese AGAIN and were very rude.

The weekday front counter ordering olderperson is probably one of the meanest people I have ever encountered in my life at fast food restaurants. She’s acting as if she’s doing me a favor taking my order. She appeared extremely unhappy with her situation. If she wants to improve her situation make the positive changes. Don’t blame others for your life’s bad choices.
