I went thru the drive through to pick up an app order. And NOT to my surprise, they were out of a side item. That seems to be a theme with Burger King. Other locations I've visited have given me the same explanations on sides and meals.

Just had some seriously amazing food! 😋 Sadly, the staff wasn't the friendliest bunch. 🙄 A few of the other customers were super nice though, which made things better. 😊 Overall, a mixed bag of an experience. 🤷‍♀️ Definitely going back for the food, but hoping for better service next time!

I recently visited this Burger King and was surprised to find that they charge $0.50 per cup for water. As an operations professional, I understand the cost of supplies, but this charge is excessive. A small fee, like $0.10, would make sense to offset costs, but $0.50 per cup is unreasonable.

When I addressed this with the manager, I was met with indifference. There was no attempt to hear of relate unhappiness to the owner or acknowledge my concern—just a dismissive attitude, as if neither they nor the owner cared.

So, be warned: If you want water, you'll have to pay for the cup. Customer experience clearly isn’t a priority here.

I went to this location yesterday (10/20) and was very disappointed in what I received. I ordered the ‘Wednesday whopper’ but they didn’t have the purple bun (which was a possibility) - the whopper I got was at most, slightly warm and I have never had any bun at BK not have sesame seeds before this order EVER! They were not able to do any of the frozen drinks they offer. The sprite for my son, was only soda water. The chicken wrap had a piece of chicken that was about 3 small bites and more tortilla than anything. Over all the food was just ‘meh’ and I wish we had gone to a completely different location. Definitely not worth $37.

We always ask for the food to be made fresh. We always tell the servers “we don’t mind waiting” that way there’s no pressure, and we still get the quality of food that we expect. We went there the other day, looking to treat ourselves because we do like a good BK sandwich from time to time… we asked “would you please make this fresh, we don’t mind waiting.” The cashier acknowledged our request, we paid and we went and had a seat while we waited for our food. About 5 mins or so passed, and here they are with our food. We were surprised at how quick it was given we asked for it to be made fresh. They did inform us their grill was down, because of repairs, and that it would take a while to get it back up. So we accepted the fact that the burgers we ordered may not be as fresh as we’d like, but everything else should have been made fresh, and it was NOT. Highly disappointing experience. If the customer doesn’t care and doesn’t ask for fresh food, then sure, serve them what you got on standby I guess, but then they specify it’s to be made fresh, that’s what they should get. That’s just good customer service, at the very least. The cashier ended up telling us at the end that he was the store manager, and had the cook remake ONE of our sandwiches, and then he compensated us for the old stale food by one free hersheys pie… thanks for the attempt at reconciliation, but y’all can do better.
