Not sure how my food was cold when I ate inside. My food got even colder with the low temperature inside and the ac on when it's in the 30's outside. My overall experience was awful and that sucks because this is all I wanted to eat and I now regret spending $25 here. I come here often and its usually much better than this. Needs improvement

My first bad experience from the chick.... I will say I was one of the first in line, it was early. They didn't have the grease hot enough and the food was disgusting. No other way to say it, that's exactly what it was. This has happened a few times from this location. Any other time during the day the foods been good here. Sorry guys

I normally do not have any issues with Chick fil a… however today was not a good day. Got to the pick up window, and was told not very nicely to move to the bushes and a number. Then when we go there we waited. Two cars came behind us and left shortly after they got there, I finally had to flag someone down after a few minutes. Then when we got our food it was cold, like it had been sitting there, and our drink was flat. Encountered four employees - none said my pleasure either. We will be sticking to the other Burleson location for now on.
